Why to use an interface?
With the help of an interface, certain data of vacation homes can be automatically synchronized between two systems. This not only saves you a lot of work, but also ensures that there is no incorrect data. For example, you can automatically transfer your prices and availabilities to us and we will send new incoming bookings directly back to your vacation home management software. This way we minimize the risk of double bookings.
Our current Interface partners
We can currently synchronize data (e.g. occupancies, bookings, images, prices, etc.) with the following management systems. This makes it much easier to create and maintain your accommodations. If you do not find your preferred management software here or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us personally:
For management software systems (PMS) that do not yet have a connection to Travanto, there is the possibility to connect via our own Travanto API. The data (master and flow data) can be transferred via REST API and synchronized automatically. If you are interested, please feel free to contact us.
You have the possibility to import assignments to Travanto via iCal Link or export them from Travanto to other calendar systems. Ical is an international format that allows you to synchronize different calendars quickly and for free. This format can be synchronized with e.g. Apple iCalendar, Google Calendar as well as many other calendar systems. In the customer login you can generate an iCal link for export in the area "Belegzeitenkalender" or insert an iCal link for the Belegzeitenimport. For more information please contact us.

* Your holiday accommodation costs 21,90 € per month (plus VAT ). The contract has a term of 12 months and the annual fee must be paid in advance. Each additional accommodation only 14.90 € and each additional apartment at the same address only 11,90 € per month.
** The commission is calculated on the gross rental turnover incl. ancillary costs and is plus VAT on each booking arranged by us. No fixed costs.
