This gives you full control over communication with the guest and also allows you to customize the booking process to suit your circumstances.
This way you can decide for yourself who you would like to welcome as a guest and build a personal connection in advance.
Commission free listing - 100% rental income
With us you only pay a monthly flat rate of 21,90€ plus VAT for your vacation apartment. (For a term of 12 months) and receive unlimited commission-free booking requests. For additional vacation rentals we offer attractive discounts. In addition, we offer you a personal landlord area, through which you can maintain your advertisement free of charge and comfortably and communicate directly with your guests.
