A small terrace and the garden are directly in front of the bungalow.
The garden is half fenced and half grown with a hedge. Kids and dogs will enjoy playing and relaxing in the garden as well as adults. The garden offers garden furniture and a beach chair. The garden is co-used together with our guests from the first floor apartment of the semi detached house.
There is no parking space belonging to the apartment. But there is always (exceptions prove the rule) a place found on the road in front of the house.

Rooms and equipment
This cosy but bright bungalow offers a living room, a bedroom and a dinette in one room. The couch is a two-people-day bed. A single wall bed can also be used. As well as a TV, a dvd player and a radio.The big window front faces the garden and is also the entrance.
The separate kitchen (bought new in 2013) is provided with an electric stove/oven, a ceramic glass cooktop, a microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, fridge - freezer combination and a dishwasher.
The shower bath is small but modern.
This bungalow is available for up to 2 guests.

At will, laundry packages can be booked. Per package (two big and two small towels, a bath mat and one double sheet) costs 18,50€.

The house is located in the north of Westerland. Quiet, though close to the beach entrance "Seenot" - only a 5 minutes walk. In a 12 minutes walk there is the city center of Westerland. Here are a lot of restaurants, bars, boutiques, shops and cafés.
Shops of the every day live are within easy reach of the holiday flat. At the end of the road there is a small forest where not only dogs would feel at ease.

In dieser Ferienwohnung genießen viele Gäste eine gemütliche Atmosphäre und ein Wohlfühl-Gefühl, das von einem Gast als Zuhause-Gefühl beschrieben wird. Mehrere Besucher heben die gute Ausstattung sowie die ruhige und zugleich zentrale Lage hervor, welche kurze Wege zum Strand sowie zu lokalen Geschäften ermöglicht. Zudem wird der Kontakt zur Vermieterin als äußerst freundlich beschrieben und durch eine reibungslose Buchungsabwicklung ergänzt. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, der Kontakt zur Vermieterin klasse und unkompliziert.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist prima - nah zum Strand, zum Bäcker und zur Stadt!

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
