Mehrere Gäste zeigen sich mit dieser Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden und planen eine Rückkehr oder waren bereits zum wiederholten Mal vor Ort. Der Aufenthalt wird als perfekt beschrieben, wobei Besucher besonders hervorheben, dass sie sich in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Ein Gast bemerkt zudem die großzügige und geräumige Gestaltung der Räumlichkeiten sowie die ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse, welche durch ausreichend vorhandene Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus ergänzt wird.

Wegen Sperrung der Insel durch den Coronavirus mussten wir deutlich früher abreisen, was ohne Probleme möglich war.

VerifiedWir, Ehepaar mit erwachsener Tochter, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Besonders das Gäste-WC und Bad mit der Luxusdusche waren klasse. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch die Küche ist mit Spülmaschine und guten Pfannen komfortabel eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und hier sind wir anspruchsvoll.
Von hier aus ist man schnell zu fuß in der Friedrichsstraße und am Strand.
Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Park mit Spielplatz, der sicherlich gut für kleinere Kinder geeignet ist. Wir würden die Wohnung das nächste Mal wieder buchen.
Da während unseres Aufenthaltes gerade ein Kälteeinbruch mit Sturm war, empfiehlt es sich eine Kuscheldecke mitzunehmen. Diese ist dann auch für den Abend im Strandkorb oder eben auf dem Sofa gut zu gebrauchen. Die Wohnung war aber durch die vielen Heizkörper ausreichend warm.
Eine Mikrowelle gibt es nicht.

VerifiedDie Ferienwohnung liegt optimal, kurze Wege zum nächsten Supermarkt und Bahnhof sowie zur Stadtmitte. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und auch sehr sauber und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten früher nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter in die Wohnung und konnten so noch den halben Anreisetag in Ruhe alles erkunden. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jeder Zeit wieder mieten und können nur sagen alles super.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
