Rooms and equipment
The 30 m² flat is freshly renovated and modernly furnished. The large window front with a view of the greenery makes the living room bright and friendly. The living area is furnished with a murphy bed (2x80cm lying surface), sofa, wardrobe, sideboard, armchair and chairs.
We pay attention to sustainability: The electricity supply is via Green Planet Energy, during your stay you can take the bus for free (does not apply to arrival and departure).
The fitted kitchen consists of quality kitchen furniture, dishwasher, 4-star fridge, microwave with grill and additional crisp function (for pizza and casseroles), extractor fan, tochtronic ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and much more.
In the shower room you will find high-quality design elements as well as a washing machine. A hairdryer is of course also available.
The smart TV is compatible with Amazon Prime, Netflix and Maxdome. The hi-fi system also plays mp3 and CDs.
In the basement there is a laundry room with coin-operated dryer and washing machine.

The 1-room flat is located on the 1st floor of the flat house Dünenhof-zum-Kronprinzen with a large balcony. The house is located in the middle of a dune directly on the cliff of Wenningstedt. You can reach the beach in just 1 minute's walk, and the town centre in about 5 minutes.
Wenningstedt itself lies between Westerland and Kampen. Both places can be reached on foot in about 35 minutes, by bike in about 15 minutes.

Price information
The total price does not include the tourist tax. It is 3 euros in the high season and 1.50 euros per day and person in the low season. I register you with the commune and settle the tourist tax directly with them.
Other information
If you were to ask me what makes my flat special, for me it would be the location: you can't live more directly on the most beautiful beach in Germany. Wind and weather, sun and sunset - I love it!

Diese Ferienwohnung zeichnet sich durch ihre perfekte Lage direkt am Strandübergang aus, die von mehreren Gästen als Highlight hervorgehoben wird. Die Besucher beschreiben die Unterkunft als wunderschön sowie schick und betonen die kuschelige Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre sowie den guten Schlafkomfort. Die Ausstattung wird als gut organisiert und lückenlos wahrgenommen, zudem bietet der vorhandene Ost-Balkon einen privaten Außenbereich. VerifiedDie Wohnung ist ein Bijoux, gemütlich eingerichtet, alles da was einem den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Die Lage ist einmalig, näher am Strand geht kaum.Ich werde gerne wiederkommen.

VerifiedDiese Ferienwohnung ist ein Ort, an den man auch in der kühleren Jahreszeit sehr gerne von seinen täglichen Unternehmungen auf der Insel zurückkehrt. Wir haben dieses wunderschöne Apartement von der ersten Minute an genossen. Die Sauberkeit, die total praktische und perfekt durchdachte Einrichtung hat meine Frau und mich immer wieder begeistert. Wir hatten auch während unseres 12-tägigen Urlaubs die Möglichkeit unsere Vermieterin persönlich kennen zu lernen und waren von ihrer Freundlichkeit beeindruckt. Runherum war es trotz des kühlen Wetters ein gelungener Herbsturlaub, an den wir uns sehr gerne erinnern werden.

VerifiedEin wundervolles kleines Apartment direkt am Strandübergang. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr nah an Gosch und anderen tollen Restaurants in Wenningstedt. Sehr nette Vermieterin die sehr gern bei allen Fragen hilft. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

VerifiedPerfekt, die Wohnung für unseren spontanen Urlaub auf Sylt. Mir gefiel sehr die Helligkeit in der Wohnung.Auch der Ort hat sich schön entwickelt, sodaß wir zwischen Strand,Wenningstedt und Wohnung pendelten und uns sehr erholt haben. Selten so eine schöne,wie gut ausgestattete Küche erlebt. 5Punkte und alles Gute weiterhin.

Klein und fein mit tollen, besucherfreundlichen Ideen, z.B: klappbares Bügelbrett im Schrank, Waschmaschine im Bad... - da könnte man länger bleiben :-) !! Überdachter Balkon/ Loggia - auch bei Sommerregen einladend ! Ein ECHTER Wohlfühlort für Menschen, die Meer, Strand, Insel lieben und sich im Einraum-Glück im Urlaub gut fühlen !

VerifiedWelch perfekter Ort für Strandgänger! Direkt am Dünenaufgang gelegen, fällt man direkt aus der Haustür an den Strand. Oder auf den Holzsteg oberhalb des Roten Kliffs. Abgelegen vom trubeligen Westerland, aber nahe an Restaurationen Wenningstedts, ist dieses helle und geschmackvolle Appartment ideal für Ruhebedürftige. Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen!

VerifiedEine mit Liebe ausgestatte, neu renovierte Wohnung. Sie ist klein aber der Raum durch ein Schrankbett optimal genutzt. Lage kann besser kaum sein. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern so freundlich wie professionell. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste mal im Dünenhof, auch gerne wieder im November.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
