Verified by partnerDas Appartement war wirklich genau so schön wie beschrieben. Allerdings ist es recht hellhörig und das bekamen wir besonders in der Nacht vom Samstag (26.07.) auf Sonntag zu spüren, als der Vermieter eine Geburtstagsfeier ausrichtete. Da wir nur zu zweit (statt wie geplant zu viert) angereist waren, konnten wir ins Dachgeschoss ziehen, aber auch dort konnten wir jede Textzeile mitsingen und an Schlaf war nicht zu denken, was besonders bei meinem 10jährigen am nächsten Tag zu spüren war. Um 00.30 Uhr ging ich runter // mein Klingeln und Klopfen wurde nicht gehört und zum Glück kam ein junger Mann mit Nachschub von der Auffahrt und fragte direkt: „Sind wir zu laut?“.
Er hat sich super nett entschuldigt und die Musik war mit einem Schlag aus.
Wenn man ein derart hellhöriges Objekt vermietet, sollte man die Party m.E. woanders steigen lassen. :)

VerifiedWir waren mit 6 Personen, darunter ein Kind, im Ferienhaus und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist günstig und ruhig, die Ausstattung gut. Es war sauber und außer Kleinigkeiten, wie mal ein lockerer Knopf an einer Kommode, einem defekten Drehteller bei der Mikrowelle, und einem lockeren Topfboden (es gab aber genügend andere Töpfe)... findet man nichts negatives, selbst wenn man händeringend danach sucht um hier rumzumeckern.
Für uns, die wir regelmäßig in Ferienhäuser fahren und gut vergleichen können, nichts, wo wir an der Bewertung irgendwelche Abzüge vornehmen würden.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war problemlos und angenehm, das Feedback auf die Buchungsanfrage kam schnell und bezüglich des Buchungszeitraums war man sehr flexibel.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
