A beautiful holiday home in the village of Wendisch Evern.
Just 6km away from the charming city of Lüneberg, in a quiet area at the back of a predominantly natural garden is our modern, timeless and - as of the beginning of 2015 - newly-furnished house.

In a quiet area at the back of a predominantly natural garden that is just 6km away from the charming city of Lüneberg, lies our modern, timeless and newly-furnished (beginning of 2015) house.
The holiday home can accommodate four guests. There is a large living room with functioning fireplace, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a fitted kitchen.
The living room gives access to a large, covered terrace which - irrelevant of the weather - allows guests to get fresh air.
Holidays can be enjoyed in total silence - completely undisturbed.
The holiday home is fully-equipped for four people. There is a 32" flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD player, free Wi-Fi and much much more.
Wendisch Evern is a village with a population of circa. 1,750 inhabitants.
Directly from the apartment, long walks in fields, forests and meadows can be taken in and enjoyed.
Approximately 300m away from the house is the village shop. Bread rolls, newspapers and 'essentials' can be purchased seven days a week.
In the neighbouring villages of Deutsch Evern and Barendorf, both about 3km away, are Edeka and Netto supermarkets offering many foodstuffs and utilities.
The city centre of Lüneburg is approximately seven kilometres away and reachable by bus, train, bicycle or car.
In addition to the Hanseatic city of Lüneburg, many other attractive destinations can be reached to offer a relaxed and versatile holiday. To name but a few; the Lüneburg Heath, the Elbe Biosphere Reserve and the towns of Lauenburg, Bleckede and Hitzacker.
Also not be missed are the Wendland, the Hanseatic city of Lübeck and the Baltic Sea - all easily accessible within a one-hour car journey.

Parking spaces are available in front of the property (in a cul-de-sac) on the road.
Adjacent to the terrace is a small grassy area, perfect for barbeques. A charcoal grill, complete with accessories and equipment is readily available.
The garden belonging to the landlord is seperated by a wall near the property. We ask that our privacy is respected.
If desired, arrangements can be made to clean the property during your stay. Prices can be given upon request, dependant on the period of stay and number of guests.
For those wishing to take their dog on holiday: We have two dogs (both castrated) that roam free around the private part of the property in the daytime - seperated from the holiday home by a fence. You are more than welcome to walk your dogs in the local area directly from the property. We ask you to please respect the countryside's breeding season - not letting your dog(s) scare any wildlife between the 15th March and the 15th July.
Rental Prices
All rates apply for max. 2 guests. An added €15,00 per night will be charged for each additional guest.
For short stays of up to 3 nights, a surcharge of 50.00 € will be applied.

Please note: For usual touristic services, such as overnight stays, is no right of withdrawal valid. This derogation applies in the case of bookings of tourist services (eg accommodations) that are fixed in time, the right of withdrawal in the case of long-distance transactions and also in the case of contracts concluded outside business premises (former doorstep selling) is suspended; § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
