Die Wohnung hat einen direkten Meerblick, was in der kälteren Jahreszeit von Vorteil ist, wenn man sich öfter in der Wohnung aufhält, um sich aufzuwärmen. Die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen und lassen einen ausgeruhten Schlaf zu. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch netten Kontakt mit der Mitarbeiterin vor Ort gehabt. Einen Sternabzug gab es bei der Sauberkeit, weil wir uns geputzte Fenster zum perfekten Ausblick gewünscht hätten. Das war aber dann schnell selbst erledigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub.

Die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen und lassen einen ausgeruhten Schlaf zu. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch netten Kontakt mit der Mitarbeiterin vor Ort gehabt. Einen Sternabzug gab es bei der Sauberkeit, weil wir uns geputzte Fenster zum perfekten Ausblick gewünscht hätten. Das war aber dann schnell selbst erledigt. Leider ist die kleine Küche wirklich mini und bei den Preisen wäre ein Geschirrspüler wirklich wichtig. Kochen kann man da nicht wirklich. Platz für das abgewaschene Geschirr leider nicht vorhanden
Vorhänge sind nicht dunkel
Sie sind zwar dunkelgrau aber lassen Licht durch - Kinder jeden Morgen um 5 wach und abends Schwierigkeiten beim Einschlafen weil es viel zu hell ist / das Problem hatten wir bei allen Wohnungen die wir bei Anna Düne in den letzten Jahren hatten
In Wohnung 2-35 unglaublich lauter Lüfter im Badezimmer.
Dennoch kommen wir sehr gerne wieder denn die Lage ist wirklich super !

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
