This holiday home is located in a quite part of the island of Vir named Miljkovica and is ideal for 4-6 persons.
Rooms and equipment
The 100 m² house is spread over two floors and is divided into a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there are two sofa beds, each for one person. The ground floor has a roofed terrace (15 m²) equipped with a table and chairs. The first floor is divided into two air-conditioned bedrooms with a double bed, one of which has access to a private covered balcony (15 m²) equipped with a table and chairs with a partial sea view. There is also a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. Behind the house there is a terrace with a grill of 10 m².
At guest’s disposal without additional charge are air conditioning, WIFI, SAT TV, oven, Espresso machine, dish washer, washing machine and a dryer, safe and parking on the property. Pets are welcome for a surcharge of EUR 15 per pet per night.

The nearest beach is located at the distance of just 50 m. The distance to the market is 100 m and the nearest restaurant is at a 400 m distance from the apartment. The distance to the centre of the island of Vir is 1000 m.
Price information
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
