This charming vacation home, known as Tex, is situated on a spacious natural plot and partially among the dunes. The well-furnished exterior features a relaxing terrace, ideal for unwinding after a day at the nearby beach, located just 600 meters away. For families with children, there is a swing on the property to keep the little ones entertained. Guests can enjoy a communal outdoor area, which enhances the sense of community. Additionally, an outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after sandy beach days. Notably, up to two pets are permitted, ensuring that the whole family can join the getaway. The vacation home, built in 1964 and renovated in 1987, offers a warm and inviting atmosphere both inside and out, ideal for a memorable holiday experience. Smoking is not allowed in the property.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
