Verified by partnerEs war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Upleward im Hof Boomgarden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausstattung war top und was uns sehr gefallen hat war, dass es Gelegenheit gab im Innenhof überdacht Tischtennis zu spielen und zu verweilen. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Vielen Dank für die gute Organisation im Hintergrund.

Toll, dass man jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner per Telefon hatte um mögliche Fragen unkompliziert zu klären.Eine klare Empfehlung !

Verified by partnerDie Wohnung war top. Das es so viele Nachbarn gab hat man nicht wahrgenommen. Ich hätte mir für die innenliegenden Bäder/WC, eine aktive Lüftung gewünscht. „Schlechte“ Luft war lange da…Die Fußbodenheizung ist etwas träge, also rechtzeitig hochdrehen.

Verified by partnerWir hatten eine ruhige und schöne Zeit zum Erholen in der geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichteten Wohnung, in der es uns an nichts fehlte. Besonders genossen haben wir es auf der sonnigen Terrasse zu frühstücken umgeben von den Obstbäumen. Tischtennis zu spielen und zu Kickern hat natürlich auch Spaß gemacht. Wir konnten uns unkompliziert Fahrräder leihen und haben schöne Touren am Deich gemacht.

Großer Garten zum Toben, aber ohne Spielgeräte oder Sandkiste für die Kleinen.
Das ganze Arenal wunderschön. Die Streuobstwiese in voller Blüte, toll!
Unser Aufenthalt war außerhalb der Ferien, von daher sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und vergeben 5 Sterne!

Von hier aus sind viele Unternehmungen mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto möglich und erkundet so Kultur und Geschichte der Krummhörn.Oder der Feriengast verweilt auf seiner Terrasse unter Apfelbäumen, schaut aufs Watt oder die See oder... oder...

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
