Verified Die Wohnung, für Souterrain eigentlich echt schön hell und freundlich, ist mit einem sep. Schlafzimmer und zwei Schrankbetten im Wohnzimmer ausgestattet.
Ein Doppelbett wäre toll gewesen.
Die Küche ist leider nicht so gut ausgestattet wie beschrieben, bei den wenigen Gläsern, Bechern und Besteck musste man jedesmal spülen nach dem Essen.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, bis auf den Inhalt der Schränke. Es klebten Essensreste an den Tellern, die Becher hatten Kaffeeränder. Die Bretter mit Fettflecken. So haben wir das gesamte Geschirr einmal durch die Spülmaschine geschickt.
Die Fahrräder haben die besten Jahre hinter sich, nachdem wir Luft gepumpt haben, schimmerte bei einem bereits das Innenleben durch. Alles nicht so schlimm.
Leider ist nach ein paar Tagen eine Familie mit Kettenrauchern in die Nachbarwohnung eingezogen. Diese rauchten den gesamten Abend und ab morgens um sieben am Fenster- sodass der Rauch in unsere whg zog.
Mit geschl. Fenster im Keller ist leider suboptimal…

Fahrstuhl nur für die oberen Geschosse, nicht so toll.
der Weg zur Whg durch den Flur der Versorgungskellerräume (mit Metalltüren) nicht so toll.Richtungspfeil wär nicht schlecht. Wir glaubten anfangs ,hätten uns verlaufen.
Internet = mangelhaft - Einloggen 1 min Handy zur Seite legen, wieder einloggen, dieses HinUndHer-Spiel war sehr nervig.
Auskunft: Fragen und Kommunikation mit der ortsansässsigen Rezeption (die Insel) war eher mangelhaft, da man so gut wie keine brauchbare Auskunft bekam.
*Zitat: Sie wohnen bei der Konkurrenz (BalticAppartements Scharbeutz (Nachbarort)), müssen sich an die wenden*. Leider bekamen wir dort zB auch die Auskunft, *bzgl Internet wenden Sie sich an die Rezeption vor Ort* - keiner konnte uns helfen - bedeutete 11 Tage o.g. HinUndHer-Spielchen.
Bessere Kommunikation BalticAppartement+Rezeption wäre von Vorteil!

Vielen Dank für ihre Kritik. Sie haben eine Souterrain Wohnung gebucht. Diese liegen üblicherweise im unteren Gebäudeteil, in dem auch die Versorgungsräume liegen. Die Wohnungen im Souterrain haben normale Mahagoni Holztüren mit einer gut sichtbaren Apartmentnummer. Versorgungsräume (Heizung, Strom) haben natürlich Metalltüren (Brandschutzvorschrift). Es handelt sich um ein 3-stöckiges Apartmenthaus, was auch auf dem Foto im Inserat zu sehen ist. Ihre Erwartungshaltung scheint davon abgewichen zu sein, wofür wir jedoch leider nichts können.
Sollte es mal ein Problem mit der Reinigung gegeben haben, so hätte man über die Baltic Appartments eine Nachreinigung veranlassen können. Haben Sie das angefragt?
In der Eigentümerversammlung vom 28.4.2018 wurde eine Instandsetzung und Erweiterung des Haus-WLANs beschlossen und beauftragt. Wir gingen davon aus, dass diese Maßnahme bereits umgesetzt wurde und werden umgehend klären, warum es immer noch zu Problemen kommt.
Die im Hause befindliche Rezeption "Die Insel" ist eine eigenständige Firma, mit der wir nichts zu tun haben, was ebenfalls im Inserat beschrieben ist. Wir werden unserer Verwaltung Baltic App. gern noch einmal darauf hinweisen, das nicht auf die Rezeption "Die Insel" verwiesen wird.Giesecke

Bei einem im Verhältnis zu den anderen nicht so guten Bewertung hätte uns der Grund interessiert. Timmendorfer Strand ist sicher kein günstiger Urlaubsort, daher wäre es sicher nicht richtig das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Ferienwohnung dafür pauschal abzuwerten. Ohne Details können wir nichts verbessern. Schade.DJ

VerifiedSchöne Ferienwohnung in super Lage, direkt am Strand und sehr nah an der "Stadt". Ein kleiner Kiosk ist auch direkt an der Ecke, wo man sehr leckere Brötchen bekommt. In der Wohnung ust alles vorhanden, der ugehörige Strandkorb ist auch sehr praktisch. Leider ist keine Terasse/kein Balkon vorhanden.

VerifiedEin nettes kleines Appartement im Souterrain mit allem, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Es gab einen sehr freundlichen Empfang. Alles wurde erklärt, für die Kinder gab es noch eine Tüte Gummibärchen und wir erhielten den Schlüssel zum Strandkorb, der zum Appartement gehört. Es handelt sich hier sicher um kein Luxusappartement, aber sehr wohl um eine saubere und ordentliche Unterkunft in optimaler Lage zu einem wirklich vernünftigen Preis. Wir können das Appartement auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Wer länger bleibt und mit Kindern kommt, kann ggf. Platzprobleme bekommen, da durch die Größe des Appartements natürlich nicht allzuviel Stauraum vorhanden ist. In der Bewertung ist das faire Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis berücksichtigt!

Die Gesamtlage ist super, 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt! Die Lage im Haus selbst ist nicht spektakulär, aber man hält sich ja eigentlich fast nur nachts dort auf. Deswegen ist das Verhältnis Preis/Leistung hervorragend. Betreuung vor Ort (Frau Paape) freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Vollkommen gelungener Urlaub - jederzeit wieder...

VerifiedFür den Preis eine sehr schöne Wohnung, auch wenn sie im Keller liegt. Das Haus war wohl voll belegt, aber von den Nachbarn hat man kaum etwas mitbekommen. Sie liegt nah am Strand und zum Zentrum. In der Küche ist ein Luftentfeuchter installiert worden der für kurze Zeit laut wird. Sollte man in der Stube schlafen, muss man ihn für die Nacht ausschalten. Wir haben uns am Tag daran gewöhnt, waren aber auch kaum da. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Auch genug Geschirr, so dass man die Spülmaschine nicht jeden Tag anmachen musste. Wir würden jederzeit die Wohnung wieder nehmen.

VerifiedDie Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Alles, was man braucht, findet man. Es ist sauber, gemütlich, ruhig. Die Betten sind gut, auch die Schrankbetten! Man kann tatsächlich zu viert dort wohnen :-)
Dadurch, dass die Wohnung zu einem Appartment-Komplex mit Rezeption gehört, fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben, weil es immer einen Ansprechpartner gibt - perfekt!
Wir haben uns, mit 2 Kindern, sehr wohl gefühlt, weil in den anderen Wohnungen ebenfalls viele Kinder waren und somit schnell "Freundschaften" geschlossen wurden. Diese Wohnung wird unser Ankerpunkt in Timmendorf sein.

VerifiedWir waren über Sylvester 2012 in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat uns positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung lag wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und vom Ortskern, wo man zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglickeiten, Restaurants und Bars hat, entfernt. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden diese Wohnung immer wieder buchen.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
