The comfortable holiday villa “Atlantico” has a wonderful panorama view over the Atlantic and forested slopes. The property is large and secluded – no traffic runs through and the villa is located in a private street.

Three sun terraces with outdoor furniture, sun beds and sunshades. Coverable and heatable 4x8 m outdoor swimming pool with shower; 3000 m2 large, subtropical, year-round blooming and well-kept garden, parking space in front of the villa, outdoor grill.

Family friendly offer: Children under the age of 12 stay free when accompanied by two paying adults. Teenagers from 12 to under 17 pay only € 20 per night when accompanied by two paying adults.

All rooms have individually controlled floor heating, visible palm tree roof construction, exclusive bathroom and floor tiles, spacious living- and dining area (50m2) with a rotating fire place, large screen satellite TV, ADSL Internet access, WLAN, book and music library, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, water boiler, hand blender etc., table for minimum 8 persons, breakfast bar, two bathrooms each with shower, double sink, toilet and bidet, 3 bedrooms with large wardrobes.

The island is mountainous – you will need a rental car to reach all the scenic spots. Please book a rental car early in advance since there is high season for tourists all year round. We gladly recommend local car rentals, which are cheaper than international car rentals and offer a comprehensive insurance for free (you will receive the same car as offered by the international car rentals). Cacti, whose sting are particularly painful, grow everywhere on the island. Please keep children (and yourself) away!

A quiet, large and secluded property – no traffic is running through. The villa is located in a private street, which runs to the southern part of the city Tijarafe. There is a breath-taking view over the forested slopes of the nature reserve “Caldera de Taburiente” and the Atlantic. The beach in Puerto Tazacorte is only 15 minutes away by car. There are plenty of hiking trails leaving from the house as well as guided tours through the nature reserve. We gladly arrange private hiking tours – from 4 persons. From the harbour of Puerto Tazacorto you can go on boat trips along the coast or rent a rubber dinghy. We recommend you to visit the young volcano or the sea salt factory – with good descriptions and an excellent restaurant- in the southern part of the island.

The prices apply for 2 adults. For each additional guest a surcharge of €20 per night will occur. Family friendly offer: Children under 16 years of age stay for free when accompanied by two adults. We will gladly provide a cot for children less than 3 years of age. There is also a high chair free of charge. A hiking carriage for small children can be provided.
