Our holiday home is located in the idyllic village of Sulsdorf, a quiet and peaceful spot in the west of Fehmarn Island, just about 900 metres from the Baltic Sea. Here you can enjoy the perfect blend of tranquillity, nature and maritime charm.
Within minutes you reach the picturesque harbour village of Orth, known for its lively atmosphere, small marina, surf schools, SUP and kitesurf stations, and several cafés and restaurants right by the water. VerifiedWir haben 4 Sterne vergeben, da es noch einige Kleinigkeiten sind, die man besser machen könnte.
Da wir die ersten Besucher bei den neuen Vermieter waren, der selbst übrigens 5 Sterne verdient.
Es gibt nichts was wirklich stören würde, nur Feinheiten die das Objekt perfekt machen könnten.
Für Gäste mit Kindern und Hund sehr gut.
Ein älteres Haus mit viel Platz nett hergerichtete Ausstattung.
Der Gartenbereich könnte noch ein paar Akzente gebrauchen.
Das wird bestimmt von dem neuen Vermieter noch liebevoll gemacht.
Da wir im März/April dort Urlaub gemacht haben kann leider nicht viel blühen das ist von der Natur so vorgesehen.

VerifiedWir haben 9 Tage im Haus Sonnenschein gewohnt.Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet,hier gab es alles,was das Herz begehrt.Unsere beiden Golden Retriever könnten sich in dem großen eingezäunten Garten austoben.Auch mit dem Wetter hatten wir großes Glück.Wir konnten total abschalten und genießen.Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.Viele liebe Grüße aus dem Harz.

VerifiedEs hat uns sehr gut gefallen weshalb wir auch verlängert hatten. Super Haus mit allem was man so braucht und einem großen eingezäuntem Grundstück, ideal für unseren Ridegeback.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall, solange die Gesundheit mitmacht, im nächsten Jahr und nicht nur für 8 Tage wiederkommen.

VerifiedWir können über dieses Haus oder der Vermieterin überhaupt nichts Negatives berichten. Ganz im Gegenteil!!!!! Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin war super nett und offen. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an wohl und gut aufgenommen.
Sulsdorf ist nur 2km von Orth entfernt, was entspannte Abende verspricht.
Der Garten und die überdachte Terrasse sind einfach herrlich und hier lässt es sich super (auch bei schlechtem Wetter warm eingepackt) die Natur genießen. Das schönste war, dass der Hund mit durfte.
Von der Bezahlung bis hin zur Abreise hat alles super funktioniert und im Ergebnis hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
Wir würden uns freuen wenn wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen können.
Hoffentlich gibt es noch freie Termine in diesen schönen Haus.

VerifiedWir waren als Familie eine Woche zu Gast in einem kleinen Friesenhaus im Westen der Insel, in dem es an nichts mangelte. Wir hatten jede Menge Platz, innen und aussen, es gibt sogar ein zweites WC. Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Für fernsehverwöhnte Reisende gibt es sogar ein zweites TV. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für die schöne Zeit. Immer wieder gern.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und stets ansprechbar. Unser Hund war willkommen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Zum Hafen sind es zu Fuß ca.15 Minuten zum Leuchtturm 40 Minuten.

Geschirr und Besteck könnte mehr da sein, sonst macht der Geschirrspüler keinen Sinn.
Betten für die alte Generation super, für die jüngeren zu hart.
Tolle Lage, es war für uns optimal.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
