Die Gäste heben die zentrale Lage der Ferienwohnung am Hafen sowie die kurzen Wege zur Altstadt hervor. Verified by partnerAm 6.7.2020 wurde unsere geplante Griechenlandreise durch den Veranstalter abgesagt. In 14 Tagen begann unser Urlaub. Wo nun noch in so kurzer Zeit etwas tolles finden. Dann sind wir über Sonnenklar TV auf das Hafenapp. No. 2 in Stralsund aufmerksam geworden. Also kurzer Hand gebucht und keine Minute bereut. Das App. war gerade fertiggestellt, wir waren die ersten Feriengäste. Sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, hochwertige Küche mit tollem Inuktionskochfeld, nur die Pfannen waren nicht passend zum Kochfeld. Einziges Manko war die Dusche, das Wasser lief heraus und musste mit Wischtüchern aufgenommen werden. Parkplatz im Parkhaus gegenüber i.O., steht ja auch in der Beschreibung zum Objekt drin. Der Balkon wurde etwas vermisst, aber bei der Lage nicht möglich, dafür entschädigten die kurzen Wege zur Altstadt und zum Zentrum. Zum Hafen ein Katzensprung, zum Sandstrand ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Die Hafen City App. können wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Verified by partnerDie Unterkunft war eine sehr geräumige große Wohnung, die alles hat was man brauch. Die Lage ist einfach top … direkt am Hafen. Zur Altstadt sind es fussläufig nur 5 min. Ein schöner Sandstrand mit großen Kinderspielplatz ist keine 2 km entfernt. Ich fand es sehr schön… richtig zum wohlfühlen.

Verified by partnerWir waren für 10 Tage dort zu Gast. Die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder dort abzustellen war klasse. Unser Auto konnte ebenfalls täglich problemlos in der Nähe geparkt werden. Das Appartement ist hell, freundlich eingerichtet und läßt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Durch die Altstadt- und Hafennähe sehr (!) gut gelegen und aus unserer Sicht absolut zu empfehlen, was wir hiermit tun. Wir kommen gern wieder : nach Stralsund und auch in‘s HafenCity Appartement.

Verified by partnerDie Lage ist toll, direkt am Hafen, es ist auch alles vorhanden, die Einrichtung ist modern. Insgesamt wirkt das Apartment aber etwas verwohnt, die Matratzen gehen gar nicht. Die Sauberkeit bei der Ankunft war mittelmäßig.

Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
