Die Besitzer haben geduldig gewartet, wenn uns ein italienisches Wort nicht sofort eingefallen ist und ansonsten gab es keine Probleme mit der Verständigung. Wir hatten nicht erwartet, dass uns zwischenzeitlich neben neuen Handtüchern auch frische Bettwäsche bereit gestellt wird.

Sie war ausreichend groß, wir konnten den Pool benutzen, die Vermieter waren sehr nett, es lag ein ausführliche Info-Mappe aus, also alles perfetto.

Verified by partnerEs war immer ganz toll. De Region Comer See ist einfach super vielseitig. Von einfach mal ausspannen bis zu hochalpinen Touren ist alles dabei.
Bei Lilli und Maurizio fühlen wir uns sehr wohl. Die Lage und das Ambiente mit den beiden passt ganz einfach.
Ich vermute wir bleiben Wiederholungstäter.

Dank der vielen Möglichkeiten, die der Comer See bietet, Wandern, Mountainbike, Segeln, etc., kann man seinen Urlaub sehr vielseitig gestalten.

Lilli und Maurizio sind sehr nett und haben uns mit unseren Kindern (6 und 8) herzlich empfangen.
Ausreichend Handtücher waren vorhanden und ein Willkommensgeschenk gab es auch.
Den Pool konnten wir immer alleine nutzen und die Kinder hatten großen Spaß.
Auf der Dachterrasse (Balkon) hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick und auch der Parkplatz ist für einen VW Bus ausreichend.
Kleinere, kinderfreundliche Wanderungen sind ab Haus möglich und fußläufig kann man mehrere Restaurants, einen Spielplatz und den See erreichen.
Die An- und Abreise verlief völlig problemlos und unkompliziert.
Wir können diese schöne Ferienwohnung, mit der guten Lage und den netten Vermietern herzlichst weiterempfehlen.

Das von ihnen zum Abendessen empfohlene "Crotto Bercini" war ein Traum. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den See ist überwältigend. Es gab sogar eine Flasche Wein und eine Schale Obst als Begrüßungsgeschenk. Das Doppelbett hatte eine durchgehende wirklich gute Matratze (was man nicht allzu oft erlebt). Also: Wer am Lago di Como Urlaub machen möchte, sollte ohne zu zögern dieses Quartier wählen. Er wird es nicht bereuen.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
