Outdoor area
The south-facing balcony is accessed via the living area. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. Four adjustable sun loungers, a table and a parasol are provided for your use.
You can enjoy the evening sun on our bench in front of the holiday flat.
A large sunbathing lawn for sunbathing and playing, with a view of the Baltic Sea, is located on the south side of the building.
On the north side of the holiday complex there is a free car parking space,
and a storage shed with space for your bicycles and surfboards.
In the communal area (ground floor) there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, which are operated by a coin-operated machine.
You can enjoy the evening sun on our bench in front of the holiday flat.

Located around 80 km north of Lübeck, you can reach Germany’s westernmost Baltic Sea island by car or train (ICE station at Puttgarden or Burg station), crossing the Fehmarnsund Bridge.

The natural south beach is approx. 70 m from the holiday complex and can be reached without crossing any roads. Follow the beach path to reach the south beach or the cliffs and the Staberhuk lighthouse.

VerifiedDie Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig mit herrlichem Blick auf die Ostsee. Sehr gut ausgestattet und alles vorhanden was man benötigt, das Geschirr/Besteck ist nicht auf 4 Personen abgezählt sondern großzügig vorhanden. Top gepflegte Wohnung.
Der Empfang und Schlüssel- bzw. Wäscheübergabe verlief unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.
Einzig die Couch ist schon etwas durchgesessen, daher in der Bewertung nur 4 Sterne.

VerifiedEine tolle Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet,es ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Die Betten sind hervorragend. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist unbezahlbar.
Ein Fahrradschuppen ist auch vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit den netten Vermietern ist hervorragend.
Aus diesen Gründen waren wir auch schon 6 mal in der Wohnung zu Gast. Das sagt wohl alles.

VerifiedSchon das 4te Mal sind wir nun in dieser schönen Wohnung gewesen und würden immer wieder herkommen! Der Blick ist einfach unbezahlbar und die Ausstattung erstklassig. Tolle Betten, helle Räume und mit Liebe eingerichtet!

Haben hier ein paar schöne Tage auf Fehmarn verbracht.
Super Blick aufs Meer.
Sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich.
Mit einer Fahrrad Tour entlang am idyllischen Strand ist man auch direkt in Burg. Einen Fernseher gibt es auch, den braucht man aber wohl kaum.
Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und einen Geschirrspüler gibt es auch.

VerifiedTolle Wohnung (Wohnung 18) mit Komplettausstattung und wirklich allem was man braucht.
Vom abschließbaren Fahrradschuppen mit Luftpumpe, Aussenliegen zu kostenlosem Pkw - Stellplatz direkt am Haus.
Einrichtung komplett vom Feinsten, da hat die sehr nette Vermieterin keine Kosten und Mühen gescheut. Die Grösse von 66qm ist ebenfalls optimal.
Die spektakuläre Aussicht vom Balkon im 2. Stock der Residenz möchte man nicht missen.
Erwähnenswert und auch notwendig sind die professionellen Fliegengitter vor jedem Fenster.

VerifiedDie gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Hier wurde an alles gedacht. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Besonders aufgefallen ist uns die reichhaltige Ausstattung der Küchenzeile. Ob Geschirr, Gläser oder Besteck, alles findet sich in großer Auswahl. Sogar die passenden Gläser für das geliebte Hefeweizen sind vorhanden :-). Und unbezahlbar ist der herrliche Blick auf die Ostsee. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Dazu beigetragen haben auch die wunderbar dicken und festen Matratzen, die für einen guten Schlaf sorgten.

Mal entspannten und erholten wir uns in dieser schönen, gemütlichen Wohnung, in der alles vorhanden ist, was man für einen Urlaub braucht: schöne Einrichtung, komplette Ausstattung, Ruhe, wunderschöner Meeresblick... und außerdem einen unkomplizierten und freundlichen Kontakt zum Vermieter.
Wir werden sicher auch ein 4. Mal wiederkommen.

VerifiedZum 37.ten mal fuhr ich nach Fehmarn. War anvielen Orten auf der Insel schon im Quartier, auch schon in anderen Häusern in der Ferienresidenz,aber diese Wohnung mit diesem phänomenalem Ausblick , ist atemberaubend. Auch Einrichtung und grösse der Räume perfekt.Noch ein Higlight....sehr gute Matratzen!!!!. Rundherum....ich würde immer wieder buchen..

Der nahegelegene Campingplatz bietet für Kinder diverse Spielmöglichkeiten.
Fehmarn bietet sich zum Rad fahren an, die Fahrräder waren gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis in der Wohnung mit inklusive.
Die Wohnung war sauber und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

VerifiedUrlaub vom ersten Moment an! Alles sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet! Sehr gute Informationsmappen! Es wurde an alles gedacht, so dass wirklich nichts fehlte! Auch sehr netter und äußerst angenehmer Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Der nächste Urlaub ist bereits gebucht. Also wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

VerifiedDie Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer gepflegter Wohnanlage.
Vor allen Dingen die Lage ist super, mit direktem Meerblick, ca. 100m vom Strand entfernt.
Von hier aus können direkt Wanderungen zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad gemacht werden.
Im Dorf gibt es ein gutes italienisches Restaurant, auf dem Campingplatz in der Nähe bekommt man Brötchen, und ansonsten findet man alles in Burg.
Der Erholungsfaktor ist groß, weil es eine ruhige Gegend ist.
Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
