This divine, 2-bedroom apartment comes with a terrace and is situated directly by the “Kiefernwald” (the Kiefer forest). The beach and city centre are nearby.

Bookings of fewer nights than the min. stay are also possible - simply send an enquiry.

The living room opens onto a private terrace with quality outdoor furniture overlooking the beautiful garden. On the terrace you can relax in the canopied beach chair. The apartment has its own parking space in front of the house, as well as a storage room for bicycles etc. Fresh plants and flowers will make sure that the atmosphere is peaceful.
The entire outdoor area is designed by a Feng Shui consultant.

Our apartment has been rewarded with 5 stars as well as a child friendly certificate by the German Tourism Association. It means that the apartment is equipped with a baby bath tub, changing mat (on the travel cot), potty, children’s cutlery, high chair, thick mattress for the cot, plug socket covers, and various games and books for children. There is also a storage box for toys.
Suitable for seniors, non-smoking apartment, high quality amenities, dogs upon request. WIFI and landline phone calls (for calls in Germany) included.
The 5th and 6th guest are able to sleep on the high quality sofa bed placed in the living room. The fully extended sofa bed is 1,60 m x 2,00 m.
There is free DSL Internet access, which requires a password. The landlord accepts no liability for a restricted or inaccessible DSL access and the rental price will not be reduced accordingly.

An added €15,00 per night will be charged for each additional guest.

You will need wood for the stove. We can leave you a bag of wood in the apartment at a cost of €3,50 per bag.

The apartment has a 32m2 luxury living room with a large, rustic dining table. An open kitchen, lovely bedroom with a four poster bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds, a travel cot can be placed in the room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic stove and a high class stainless steel fridge with freezer and ice crusher. Cafissimo (Tchibo) espresso machine, Nespresso coffee machine (remember to bring capsules) and a coffee grinder.
Besides all the electronic appliances you will find exclusive tableware and kitchen utensils. The floor heating will provide a cosy atmosphere.
The bathroom is built in beautiful Roman style and has a window, shower with glass door, bathtub, sink, hair blow dryer, toilet, towel radiator and floor heating.
In the fully equipped utility room there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, ironing board, laundry rack etc. free to use.
In the living room as well as bedrooms there is a satellite TV and free WIFI/DSL connection. You simply need to login with your own computer.
The apartment has a CD / DVD player, Nintendo Wii incl. games, CD stereo with MP3 access. You can also listen to music while in the bathroom due to the speaker connection from the living room. The Acacia wooden furniture, genuine leather sofa bed and white pine furniture are of exquisite quality and high standard.
The original Bullerjahn stove will keep you warm on cold winter days.
High quality tiles from Italy and wooden flooring give the apartment a special charm.

The Friesenstrasse is a quiet residential street close to the city centre and the beach, and is very popular among families. The property is situated in the beginning of the Friesenstrasse and therefore directly by the Kiefernwäldchen, German for the pine forest. The beach, the vibrant city centre as well as a spa resort are located within a short walking distance. On the promenade you will find the popular restaurant, Gosch (Sylt). There are nearby tennis courts and golf courses. The property covers approx. 1600 m2 and has a beautiful garden, where you can relax on your private terrace. The apartment has shutters. The house Kastaniengarten, German for Chestnut Garden, has received its name because of the gorgeous chestnut tree growing on the property. Each apartment has its own parking space and bicycle shed in the garden.
