Dieses hochwertige Ferienhaus überzeugt viele Gäste durch die moderne Ausstattung und eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Mehrere Urlauber heben das Wohlfühl-Gefühl sowie den gemütlichen Gaskamin hervor, während die Lage an einem Waldweg direkte Wege zum Strand ermöglicht. Ein Gast schätzt die E-Auto-Ladestation sowie die gut ausgestattete Küche. Ein Gast vermisste Bademäntel sowie Saunahandtücher und ein weiterer empfand die Räumlichkeiten bei voller Belegung als etwas eng zugeschnitten. Verified by partnerWir haben Bademäntel und große saunahandtücher vermisst. Wir hätten es vermutlich bei ihnen bestellen können, haben das aber in der Vergangenheit bei unseren inselurlauben einfach immer vorgefunden.
Ebenso wie die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern.
Wir waren ansonsten sehr begeistert von dem Haus und der Ausstattung .

Wir waren im Januar mit 7 Personen (alles Familie) zu Gast für ein verlängertes Winter Wochenende.
An- und Abreise mit Schlüsselsafe praktisch und problemlos, Ladestation direkt am Haus für das E-Auto!
Wir sind gut klar gekommen mit den 2 Bädern plus WC, in der Küche war alles reichlich vorhanden, so dass man nicht ständig spülen muss… Extra Kühlschrank und Eisschrank in der Waschküche ist top!
Der Weg zum Strand ist gut zu erreichen über einen schönen Wanderweg, alternativ kurze Autofahrt.
Ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles nah bei.
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Winter an der Nordsee mit Kamin im gemütlichem Reetdachhaus - herrlich! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Verified by partnerWir waren zu zweit im Dunz und von der Lage sehr positiv überrascht. Man kann gar nicht schon so oft in SPO gewesen sein, als dass sich nicht immer doch noch ein neuer "Kiez" entdecken ließe. Von der Papierform her erschien uns das Haus vor Urlaubsantritt erst einmal etwas abgelegen, doch da hatten wir uns getäuscht. Tatsächlich liegt das Haus direkt an einem wunderschönen Fußweg durch Wald und Binnendünen, vorbei an einem Waldkinderspielplatz, über den man in ein paar Minuten zur Uferpromenade gelangt. Die nahe, nicht sichtbare Hauptverkehrsstraße hört man praktisch nicht. Das Viertel ist recht ruhig. Einrichtung und Komfort sind high-end, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden allerdings jetzt nicht die zur Verfügung stehende Gesamtbettenzahl voll ausreizen, da die Doppelhaushälfte doch erstaunlich eng zugeschnitten ist. Aber das ist sicher von der persönlichen Schmerzgrenze abhängig. Wir halten zwei für perfekt, vier wenn man sich gut versteht sind wahrscheinlich auch noch ok. Im Ergebnis ein sehr empfehlenswertes Premium-Haus.

Verified by partnerEin wunderschönes Reetdachhaus. Die großen Gärten in der Umgebung (mit altem Baumbestand) geben eine sehr schöne ruhige Atmosphäre. Nach einem sonnigen, windigen Strandtag oder Ausflug finde ich das besonders entspannend.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
