The "Springfloot 1" apartment, located on the ground floor, offers approximately 49 sqm of space and accommodates up to 3 guests. Recently renovated in winter 22/23, the cozy living room features a large comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, a mini stereo system, and a DVD player, as well as a dining table with chairs, ideal for shared meals or games. The fully equipped kitchen includes a modern ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all necessary utensils.
The bedroom contains a double bed (200 x 180 cm), while an additional cozy bed for one person is located in the adjoining room (200 x 85 cm). The daylight shower room provides ample space for toiletries, and the toilet is separate. Linens and towels are included. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed.

VerifiedSehr hübsche Wohnung, die sehr schön und durchdacht ausgestattet ist. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, außer ggf 2 Aussenstühle um im
Hinterhof die Sonne zu genießen.
Sehr gepflegte Möblierung (nicht war „verwohnt“), sehr sauber!
Küchenausstattung top (selbst außergewöhnliche Dinge wie Butterdose, Eierbecher/ Eierkocher etc. vorhanden)
Hochwertige Elektrogeräte in der Küche.
Haus etwas hellhörig, Obermieter hört man recht laut, war aber nicht weiter relevant.
Lage super, im Dorf ist man in 5 min gelaufen. Viele Restaurants in 5-10 min Entfernung. Bushaltestelle vom Citybus direkt ggüberliegende Straßenseite. Fahrradverleih direkt daneben.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
