There are three outdoor areas: To the side, the spacious terrace with dining table. From here you enter the flat. The south-facing balcony on the lake side opens up a breathtaking view of the picturesque Mera River. Even further up is the communal garden, which you share with the neighbours. You have a barbecue, stone table and comfortable deck chairs at your disposal to enjoy the natural scenery or have a cosy barbecue. The Mattia holiday flat is located on the middle living level in a three-family house with separate entrances and external stairs in a wonderful panoramic hillside location. Directly below the house and the shore road is a bathing ladder that gives access to the river Mera. A lakeside path leads towards Dascio and Lake Como. About 800 metres away you can reach the beaches of Sorico and further on also Gera Lario. Both in Dascio and Sorico you have the possibility to rent canoes and other boats and get active on the water. There is a surf school in Gera Lario. The location is ideal for all kinds of water and land sports against a beautiful natural backdrop. A private driveway leads up approx. 50 m to the house. Below the house is your large single garage in the basement or alternatively opposite the driveway is a large communal parking area.
