Verified by partnerDer Standort und die Unterkunft sind traumhaft! Sehr ruhig und grün gelegen im exklusiven Ferienhausviertel. Der eingezäunte Garten war perfekt für unseren Hund. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann - so haben wir auch gerne mal einen Nachmittag im Garten verbracht und abends Brettspiele gespielt. Es gibt in der Nähe einen Campingplatz, bei dem wir täglich frische Brötchen bestellen konnten (und falls gewünscht Kaffee, aber Kaffeemaschine gibt’s auch in der Unterkunft) und nebenan ein italienisches Restaurant; beides 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. In 15 min Autofahrt gibt es ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum und dann nochmal 15 min weiter kommt schon Varenna - von dort aus kann man mit der Fähre zu allen berühmten Städten um den See. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Verified by partnerEs war wieder ein wundervoller Urlaub in der Bassotta. Der Charme des Strandferienhauses bezaubert uns immer wieder aufs Neue. Der nahegelegene Strand ist einfach wunderschön. Das morgendliche Brötchen holen auf dem Campingplatz (natürlich mit Vorbestellung) ging ohne Probleme. Kurz gesagt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen garantiert wieder in die Bassotta.

Verified by partnerDas Haus ist sehr schön, das eingezäunte Grundstück für Kinder und Hunde ideal, es hat alles gepasst, im Schuppen gibt es Grillkohle, Liegestühle und Spielsachen. Aber die im Infoordner angegeben Information, das man auf den Campingplatz kann stimmt nicht. Auf dem Campingplatz haben Ferienhausbesitzer/-mieter wohl nichts zu suchen und sind nicht erwünscht, auch nicht zum Eis kaufen oder Brötchen bestellen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch die Nachbarn drumherum waren alle sehr nett.
An unserem Abreisetag kam Herr Bauer noch persönlich vorbei und wir konnten uns noch ein bisschen austauschen. Das war sehr schön.
Auch vom Service her haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Verified by partnerDas Ferienhaus mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Garten ist eine kleine Oase und die Lage des Hauses ist einfach toll. Bis zum Wasser sind es wenige Meter, der Supermarkt war gut zu erreichen, die Brötchen haben wir am Campingplatz geholt und der Cappuccino schmeckt dort auch sehr gut.Wichtig war uns ja,dass das Haus hundegerecht ist und auch dieses Kriterium wurde absolut erfüllt.
Das Kajak konnten wir vor Ort völlig unkompliziert ausleihen, danke noch einmal an Paolo.
Der Comer See ist einfach der Wahnsinn, umrahmt von Bergen und auch in den Sommerferien nicht überlaufen, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Leider hatte unser Hund die letzten Tage sehr mit der Hitze zu kämpfen ; sonst hätten wir sofort für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht.
Auch der Kontakt zu Herr Bauer war immer sehr freundlich, auch da noch ein dickes Danke!
Für uns war es ein Traumurlaub!

Verified by partnerWir haben im August 2018 zu dritt einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem netten Haus verbracht. Die Lage am Comer See ist perfekt, wenn man dem Wassersport zugeneigt ist. Das Haus ist recht gut ausgestattet und man findet alles was man braucht. Innen ist das Haus allerdings recht dunkel, was natürlich an der Bauweise mit dunklem Holz liegt. Hier könnte man aber mit ein paar Decken Lampen nachhelfen. Leider ist in dem Haus kein WLAN vorhanden, was heute eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte. Trotz allem war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Leider ist kein WLAN vorhanden, was in der heutigen Zeit fast selbstverständlich sein sollte, ansonsten ist alles vorhanden. Der See ist nur 60 m entfernt, allerdings war vom angegebenen Sandstrand nichts zu sehen, da das Wasser etwas höher stand, war aber trotzdem recht gut zum Baden.
Der Kontakt mit Paolo (Gärtner) und dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden beim nächsten Mal gerne zwei Wochen oder länger bleiben.

Die Nähe zum See und dem kleinen Badestrand war super. So konnte man auch unkompliziert. "mal eben" ins Wasser springen. Das Haus, der Garten und die Terrasse, alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Verified by partnerAm Ferienort angekommen haben wir uns von Anfang an sehr „zu Hause“ gefühlt. Das charmante Blockhaus ist sehr freundlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Der schön gepflegte Garten lädt zum erholen ein und ist für Kleinkinder ideal, da ganz umzeunt. Das abendliche bewässern des Rasens hat jedesmal grosse Freude bereitet :-) Rasensprenger.
Die Gegend ist wunderschön.
Ob über den Flusseinstieg zum Standuppaddeln, der Privatwiese zum verweilen oder dem öffentliche Sandstrand mittelmeer Gefühle aufleben zu lassen.
Hier kann man sich erholen.

Die Lage ist einfach toll, kurzer Weg zum Sandstrand, kurzer Weg zu einem genialen Ristorante und weit ab von Trubel und Verkehr. Das Strandhaus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Mit seinem besonderen Charme verzaubert es uns immer wieder. Gerade auch für kleinere Kinder ist es hier besonders gut, da der Comer See am Strand flach abfällt. Kurz um, wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen garantiert wieder in die Bassotta.

Verified by partnerWir haben dieses Jahr zweimal 14 Tage einen sehr angenehmen und ruhigen Urlaub in der Bassota verbracht.Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem eingerichtet . Eine schöne Überdachte außenterasse ist vorhanden ,die wir sehr genossen haben . Der Vermieter Herr Baur ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar . Ebenso sein Verwalter vor Ort .
In der nähe ist eine sehr schöne Pizzeria mit leckerem Essen und gutem Preis Leistungverhältnis . Auch ein Liegeplatz für unseren Katamaran war direkt vor der Wohnung . In der Nähe kann man schöne Radtouren unternehmen und Wandern eine Idylle ist der Lago die Mezzola .

Verified by partnerWir waren eine Woche lang Ende April im Blockhaus. Morgens und abends wurde es jeweils recht kühl und wir mussten mit dem Pelletofen heizen. Dies klappte wunderbar. Leider reichte der vorhandene Pelletvorrat nicht aus und wir mussten erst einen Laden suchen, wo wir Nachschub kaufen konnten.
Wir hatten unseren Katamaran dabei und es war optimal, dass wir ihn auf der geschützen Wiese aufstellen und auch dort stehen lassen konnten. Ideal auch für das Ein- und Auswassern. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Die letzten Meter der Anfahrt sind etwas eng, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Die Nachbarhäuschen werden nicht vermietet und von ihren Eigentümern anscheinend nur sporadisch genutzt. Der kleine Strand liegt etwa 30 Meter entfernt; so konnten wir unsere SUP\'s problemlos hintragen. Der große Strand ist wohl einer der schönsten Sandstrände am Comer See. Das Bassotta liegt windgeschützt in 2. Reihe zum See. Es ist "schnuckelig" und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen Utensilien zum Kochen und einer geräumigen Kühl-/Gefrierkombi. Das Haus entspricht vollkommen der Beschreibung. Das Wasser am flachen Strand war noch herrlich warm und klar/sauber. Wir werden das Bassotta in den nächsten Jahren gerne wieder buchen.

Verified by partnerVielen Dank für diesen wundervollen Urlaub, in dem sich sowohl Zwei- als auch Vierbeiner wohlfühlen konnten. Das Haus war super, die kurzen Wege zum Stand und zum Restaurant Boschetto waren mega. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es gibt W-Lan und sogar eine Waschmaschine, das Grundstück ist mega groß. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, was auch an den vielen Menschen lag, die in der Anlage als Eigentümer oder als Urlauber ihre Zeit verbrachten, hilfsbereit waren und mit denen wir die eine oder andere Freundschaft schließen konnten. Unterm Strich war alles top: Jetzt sind wir zurück in der Heimat und vermissen das Domizil sehr. Fest steht: Wir kommen wieder. Danke La Breva für unvergessliche zwei Wochen, die perfekt waren.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
