Verified by partnerDie Wohnung ist in allen Belangen tipp-topp und für Familien bzw. bis zu 5 Personen sehr geeignet. Obwohl sie nah an einer Hochstraße (Bundesstraße) liegt, war es bei unserem Aufenthalt zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr sehr ruhig, nahezu geräuschlos. Der Fußweg zum Meer bzw. der Sandstrandküste ist angenehm kurz (ca. 15 min). Für einen ruhigen zurückgezogenen Aufenthalt an der Ostseeküste würden wir diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Kappeln und Dupermärkte sind mit dem Auto in 10-20 min erreichbar.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
