The exterior features a balcony that offers stunning panoramic views of the Baltic Sea, making it an ideal spot for enjoying the sea breeze and scenic moments.
Guests can benefit from communal amenities, including a well-maintained sauna and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, accessible from the basement level. A designated parking space is available on-site for convenience.
For cycling enthusiasts, a bike storage area is also provided. The building is equipped with an elevator, though it is currently undergoing renovations until approximately mid-April. Linen and towels are not included but can be arranged as an optional service.

Located in the prime area of Scharbeutz, it features a combined living-dining area with access to a balcony showcasing a stunning sea view. The spacious living room includes a new double bed (180x200 cm) and a high-quality sofa bed (160x200 cm) for an exclusive wake-up with ocean views. A small niche provides a wardrobe, while the separate kitchenette at the entrance is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop with oven, coffee maker, Tchibo coffee capsule machine, toaster, and kettle. The well-maintained bathroom offers a generous shower, WC, towel radiator, sink, and hairdryer. Guests can access the building with an elevator, however, the elevator is currently under renovation.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
