Welcome to a charming vacation experience at the Baltic Sea. The outdoor area features a 12 sqm balcony facing south, equipped with an electric awning and outdoor furniture, offering a side view of the sea, accessible from both the balcony and the living room. Although the apartment is situated in a central yet quiet location, the communal outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and enjoyment, with easy access to the nearby beach and the "Dünenmeile" featuring restaurants, shops, and ice cream parlors within walking distance. For convenience, residents will find designated outdoor parking for vehicles and a separate bike storage area on-site. Please note that renovations are currently underway in several apartments, which may cause some noise and dust disturbances during the stay. VerifiedMoin Moin, eigentlich eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Hatten auch tolle 11 Tage. Leider war das Schlafzimmer für uns zu eng. Wir mussten über das Fußende ins Bett krabbeln, da rechts und links nur sehr wenig Platz war. Leider war auch die Dusche für uns viel zu klein. Vielleicht müssen wir beim nächsten Mal auf mehrere Kriterien achten. Unser Fazit: diese Ferienwohnung ist super geeignet für junge, sehr schlanke Personen.

Wir fahren seit Jahren zum Urlaub nach
Scharbeutz.Aber so eine super Unterkunft hatten wir noch nie.
Ein Wermutstropfen gab es doch. Nach unserer Abreise ,würden wir vom Immoservice telefonisch darauf hingewiesen das wir die Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt haben. Die war aber bei unserer Ankunft auch befüllt.
Das wir aber nach jedem Duschen das Bad trocken legen mussten,weil an der Duschabtrennung eine Dichtung fehlte kam hier nicht zur Sprache. Mit dem Kommentar ich hätte mich beschweren können. Ich mache hier Urlaub ! Ich habe kein Interesse mich über Lappalien zu beschweren . Na,ja liegt immer in der Sichtweise!

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
