The modern "Seepanorama" apartment is located on the ground floor of the well-maintained Villa Victoria, overlooking the harbor and the Baltic Sea. Spanning 56 m², it can comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 guests. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area for additional sleeping space. The spacious, bright living/dining area includes an integrated kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and kettle. Entertainment is provided through cable TV and a stereo with a CD player. The bathroom contains a bathtub and toilet. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and benefit from a designated parking space in the underground garage. The south-facing terrace offers stunning panoramic views. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Access to communal amenities, including a bike shed, is available.

Wir waren bereits mehrfach in dieser Wohnung und kommen immer wieder gern zurück – vor allem wegen der einzigartigen Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen, die wirklich besonders ist. Die Wohnung hat Charme und wir fühlen uns dort grundsätzlich sehr wohl.
Allerdings gab es bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt leider einige Punkte, die wir kritisch anmerken möchten:
Die Sauberkeit ließ diesmal zu wünschen übrig – an den Wänden und über den Schränken sammelten sich Staubmäuse und der Lüfter im Bad war stark verschmutzt. Auch Mängel wie nicht funktionierende Nachttischlampen wurden trotz Hinweis an die Zimmervermittlung während unseres Aufenthaltes leider nicht behoben.
Ein weiteres Update, das wir begrüßen würden: Die Einrichtung hat sich inzwischen teilweise verändert, was grundsätzlich positiv ist (z. B. befindet sich eine Dusche statt der Badewanne im Bad), aber aktuellere Fotos auf der Angebotsseite wären hier sicher hilfreich für zukünftige Gäste.
Da wir die Wohnung sehr mögen – besonders wegen der Lage – hoffen wir, dass künftig wieder mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit und Pflege gelegt wird.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
