Guests can enjoy a charming communal outdoor area, surrounded by well-preserved, beautiful Bäderarchitektur. This idyllic location is close to numerous restaurants and cafes with inviting outdoor seating, perfect for savoring meals al fresco. The vibrant fishing and sailing harbor is also within walking distance, offering additional dining options. For nature enthusiasts, the nearby National Park Jasmund and the chalk cliffs provide fantastic walking opportunities. Each apartment includes a designated parking space about 300 meters from the building, ensuring convenience during stays. The "Seaside" apartments are nestled in a quiet side street of Sassnitz's historic old town, just a short walk from the beach promenade and the Baltic Sea. The ground-floor "Pink" apartment features a cheerful color palette with pink accents. It includes a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, while the living room offers a flat-screen TV and a cozy couch that can convert into a sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. Dining can be enjoyed at the table or the kitchen bar, which separates the open kitchen—fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a spacious side-by-side refrigerator. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet, with natural light, a hairdryer, and a cosmetic mirror. The apartment spans 46 square meters and provides Wi-Fi. Please note that the fireplace is currently not in use for safety reasons.

The Seaside Appartements offer eleven units, including the Pink apartment, which accommodates up to four guests. Parking is available 300 meters away, and guests should keep the parking card separate from magnetic cards to avoid malfunctions.

VerifiedDie Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Straße von Altsassnitz, zur Uferpromenade sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Ein guter Bäcker und Restaurants befinden sich quasi nebenan. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist gut - da bspw. eine Kaffeemaschine fehlt, wir nur ein Weinglas und kein adäquates Brotmesser finden konnten, möchte ich kein "sehr gut" vergeben. Das trifft auch auf die Sauberkeit zu: Brezelreste auf dem Boden, Gabeln mit Spuren von Essenresten, eine defekte Lampe / Glühbirne im Flur. Muss nicht sein. Auch hier nur ein "gut". Irritiert hat uns der Umstand, dass die Heizung erst gegen 19, 20 Uhr heiß wurde. Auf Nachfrage bei einer Kontaktperson des Vermieters hieß es, dass das die Heizungsanlage so eingestellt ist, dass dem Wasserkreislauf, der das Warmwasser der Duschen und Wasserhähne speist, Priorität eingeräumt wird. Wir haben dies zur Kenntnis und Decken aus dem Schrank genommen, und uns damit am Spätnachmittag gewärmt. Deshalb leider auch hier Abzug in der B-Note.

VerifiedAnreise war leider etwas kompliziert wegen fehlenden/falschen Infos. Außerdem hat die Wohnung leider gemieft, gerade das Badezimmer roch sehr stark und unangenehm nach Rauch. Es fehlt eine Garderobe im Flur, sonst sehr umfangreich ausgestattet.
Sonst eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage mit indirektem Seeblick.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
