The "Seaside" apartment house is situated in a quiet side street of the historic old town of Sassnitz, just a few meters from the beach promenade and the Baltic Sea. The exterior features well-maintained and beautifully restored bath architecture. While the property does not have a private outdoor area, guests can enjoy communal access to nearby cafes and restaurants with cozy outdoor seating. The charming surroundings encourage leisurely strolls to the National Park Jasmund and along the chalk cliffs. Here, visitors can experience the picturesque atmosphere of Sassnitz, with its proximity to the fishing harbor and various gastronomic establishments. Each of the 11 apartments, some with sea views, includes a parking space located approximately 300 meters behind the town hall.

The apartment "Red," situated on the ground floor, features a vibrant red and white design. It includes a cozy living room with a couch that can be converted into a sleeper for additional guests. Dining is available at a high table with bar stools. The spacious bathroom, accessible through the bedroom, boasts natural light and a shower. Amenities include a full kitchen with a Senseo pad machine, flat-screen TV with DVD player, and a mini stereo system. The 46 sqm apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. For safety reasons, the fireplace is currently not in use. Each apartment has a designated parking space, located approximately 300m behind the town hall.

In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
