Recently renovated in 2023, the apartment features a functional layout with tiled flooring on the first level and laminate flooring in the additional bedroom on the second level.

The spacious living/dining area includes a comfortable couch, a dining table with six chairs, and access to a south-facing balcony. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and essential utensils.

Sleeping arrangements consist of a master bedroom with a box spring double bed, a second bedroom with a box spring single bed, and a third bedroom featuring a double bed and a single sleeper chair. The stylish bathroom includes a large walk-in shower and offers sufficient amenities. Free Wi-Fi is available.
