Diese großzügige Ferienwohnung bietet eine hervorragende Ausstattung sowie eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, in der sich viele Gäste wohlfühlen. Besonders geschätzt werden zwei Schlafzimmer mit separaten Bädern und zwei Balkone, die Sonne oder Schatten mit Blick auf die Müritz ermöglichen. Zudem punkten die Strandnähe, unkomplizierte Kommunikation sowie ein Parkplatz am Haus. Während mehrere Gäste die Reinigung der Stuhlauflagen anregen, bemerkt ein Gast die Matratzenhärte und ein weiterer das fehlende Kindergeschirr. Zudem weist jeweils ein Gast auf Lücken in der Küchenausstattung sowie punktuelle Herausforderungen bei Technik, Instandhaltung und Sauberkeit hin.

Wir haben eine Woche an der Müritz verbracht. Das Appartement ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die beiden Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett sowie die zwei Badezimmer – ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die beiden Balkone auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Hauses mit Blick auf die Müritz sind ebenfalls ein großes Plus: Einer liegt in der Sonne, der andere bietet angenehmen Schatten. So findet man zu jeder Tageszeit einen schönen Platz zum Entspannen. Auch die Nähe zum Badestrand sowie der Autoabstellplatz direkt vor dem Haus sind sehr praktisch. Die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert. Bei unserer Ankunft fehlten zwar Handtücher und Bettwäsche, diese wurden jedoch sehr schnell nachgeliefert – sogar zweimal, sodass das Problem zügig behoben war. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass die beiden oberen Balkone wegen starker Verschmutzung nicht genutzt werden konnten. Am Wochenende gibt es einen Foodtruck, an dem man Getränke und Snacks bekommt. Ansonsten empfiehlt es sich, die Restaurants vorab zu reservieren. Fischrestaurants gibt es in der Umgebung viele, und wenn man etwas unterwegs ist, findet man auch leicht einen freien Tisch. Zum Abschluss unseres Aufenthalts wurde uns eine zusätzliche Übernachtung zu einem Sonderpreis angeboten, die wir gerne angenommen haben. Ein weiterer kleiner Kritikpunkt war die Sauberkeit im Treppenhaus: Bei unserer Ankunft lagen auf dem Treppenabsatz viele tote Fliegen, die trotz der regelmäßig stattfindenden Reinigungen im Haus erst gegen Ende unserer Urlaubswoche entfernt wurden. Das fanden wir etwas schade. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen wäre der Aufenthalt nahezu perfekt gewesen.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:

  • Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
  • Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
  • A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
  • You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
  • Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
  • Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
    • In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
