Die helle Ferienwohnung überzeugt mehrere Gäste durch ihre zentrale Lage, von der aus der Strand sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem fußläufig erreichbar sind. Die Ausstattung wird als komfortabel beschrieben, wobei besonders die gemütliche Atmosphäre und der freundliche, hilfsbereite Service hervorgehoben werden. Die Wohnung selbst ist komfortabel und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Uns fehlte es an nichts.

Verified by partnerEine gute Unterkunft in einer Top Lage, mitten im Zentrum. Die Ausstattung könnte ein bisschen verschönert werden, aber sie ist okay. Haken für Handtücher in der Küche waren aber immer noch nicht angebracht. Wir hatten allerdings kein Verständnis dafür, dass der Hundestrand am äußersten Ende des Strandes zu finden war. Wie wir schon an mehreren Stränden in MV festgestellt haben. Mal kurz hinlaufen war nicht. Ein kleines Stück zentral wäre nicht zu viel verlangt. Das Prerow online Team ist sehr freundlich. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Verified by partnerDer Empfang war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist TOP. Die Ausstattung des Apartments in Ordnung. Allerdings müssten die Fotos auf der Homepage mal ausgetauscht werden, denn leider stehen nicht mehr ein helles Sofa und 2 Sessel im Apartment, sondern ein schwarzes Sofa, welches den Raum etwas unfreundlicher macht. Bei der Küchenausstattung ist zu sagen: es könnten 2 Handtuchhaken montiert werden, damit man das Geschirrtuch und auch ein Handtuch für die Hände aufhängen kann, weil ein Handtuch über den Stuhl gelegt, ist keine TOP-Lösung. Man kann in diesem Apartment mit Kleinigkeiten einiges verbessern. Alles in allem war es ok. Es zählt hier einfach die Lage und auch natürlich der Ort selber.

Verified by partnerSunshine-App. = Schöner, heller, großer Raum. Tolle Lage, sehr nah zum Einkaufen, Fahrradverleih und Hauptstrand. Danke für das Set zum Sauberhalten. Eine Schüssel für Salat, eine Abwaschbürste und Spülmittel für die Abwäsche außerhalb der Spülmaschine, z.B. der Pfanne, habe ich selber im Ort gekauft und für Nachfolger dort gelassen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Verified by partnerDie Unterkunft ist in einer top Lage. Der Empfang durch Prerow Online war sehr freundlich. Jedoch ist es etwas erstaunlich, dass Mängel die bereits vor 2 Jahren aufgezählt wurden immer noch existieren. Es gibt nach wie vor keine Schüsseln...also definitiv keine Wohnung für Müsliesser ;) und die Sauberkeit lässt, vor allem im Bad, auch zu wünschen. Mit ein bisschen Liebe zum Detail ist es eine tolle Ferienwohnung!

Verified by partnerIch war bereits das 2. Mal als Urlauberin in diesem Gebäude. Allerdings muss ich den anderen Urlaubern zustimmen, dass an der Sauberkeit des Hauses und der Küchenausstattung gearbeitet werden muss. Keine Schüssel und das WLAN ist ständig weg. Dafür sind die Lage und 2 Balkons wirklich super.

Verified by partnerDie Lage war super zentral, wie angegeben,Ausstattung völlig in Ordnung, leider etwas unsauber, vom Vorgänger verschmutztes Geschirr und Utensilien, wurde von uns entfernt und eine Reinigung vorgenommen, sodass unser Urlaub sehr schön war.

Eingangstür zum Haus innen ca. 2 Jahre nicht gereinigt, man ist kleben geblieben.
TV total verstellt ca. 7 Fernsehsender ohne Probleme empfangbar.
Kinderbett im relativ kleinen Zimmer, obwohl von uns nicht benötigt.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
