The apartment, situated on the ground floor of a two-family house, features a large living area with an open kitchen and large windows that provide breathtaking views of the lake and mountains.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a small bar with stools, while the living room boasts a large sofa, dining table, and a decorative fireplace. There are three bedrooms: a lake-view double room, a single room with an optional pull-out bed, and another double room with mountain views. Additionally, there are two bathrooms—one with a shower and toilet, and the other with a bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet. All bedrooms are equipped with fly screens on the windows.

Guests are advised to note that heating is charged at €15 per day when used, and pets incur a fee of €10 per day. A tourist tax of €1 per person per day applies from April to September for guests aged 14 and older.
