Verified by partnerGastbewertung an LA BREVA: Wohnung, Parkmöglichkeit, Lage mit Blick auf den See, Kommunikation vor Ort und die Vermittlung durch La Breva war super (5 Sterne). Schon der Empfang war sehr freundlich, Schlüsselübergabe klappte bestens. Eine Flasche Sekt, 3 Flaschen Mineralwasser und Knabbergebäck standen zur Verfügung, das haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Gut eingerichtete Wohnung, Bedienungsanleitungen (auf englisch) waren bei den Geräten - liebevoll formuliert - bereit gelegt.

Verified by partnerDie Wohnung bietet einen grandiosen Blick... es reicht, am Abend auf dem Sofa zu sitzen und aus der großen Fensterfront die Lichter am gegenüber liegenden Ufer zu bestaunen um glücklich zu sein! Der Garten bietet natürlich auch diese Sicht. Er ist, da es ein Eckhaus ist, relativ groß... mit mehreren Sonnenliegen und 2 Sitzplätzen mit Tischen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet war leider nicht so sauber wie gewünscht. Der Ort Varenna ist entweder über die Serpentinenstraße mit dem Auto erreichbar oder über einen Fußweg den man nach der 1. Kurve findet. Der Weg führt relativ steil und recht uneben Bergab (gutes Schuhwerk ist ratsam). Wir haben ohne zu hetzen ca 20 Minuten hinunter und ca 25 Minuten rauf gebraucht. Ein Taxi vom Bahnhof aus hat ca 11€ gekostet. Varenna selber ist durch den Bahnhof (1 Stunde bis Mailand klappte super) und den Hafen (mit der Fähre kommt man prima überall hin) strategisch optimal gelegen. Der Service klappte hervorragend.

Die freundliche Verwalterin Katya war bei Ankunft und Chek-Out pünktlich vor Ort. Sie zeigte uns die Wohnung und die dazu gehördende geräumige Garage. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und man kommt schnell gut zurecht. Man merkt allerdings auch, dass sie oft vermietet wird. Über die Jahre ergibt sich so an einzelnen Stellen Optimierungsbedarf, was ganz normal ist. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Wohn-/Essbereich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Allerdings dürften Bad/Toilette und die beiden Schlafzimmer nicht kleiner sein. Wir genossen Frühstück und Abendessen mit atemberaubendem Seeblick, bei dieser Wohnung ein besonderer Genuss. Der schnell zu erreichende Pool ist gepflegt und ausreichend groß. Insgesamt ein tolles und stimmiges Paket. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sie ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen und gewisse Dinge könnten optimiert werden, aber insgesamt ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die mit einer großen Wohnküche ausgestattet ist. Bad/Toilette und die beiden Schlafzimmer sollten allerdings nicht kleiner sein. Wir haben immer im Garten gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen. In Verbindung mit dem atemberaubenden Seeblick war dies stets ein besonderes Vergnügen. Zur Wohnung gehört auch eine geräumige Garage. Die Verwalterin Katya hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und alles erklärt. Auch beim Checkout war sie pünktlich zur Stelle. Alles funktionierte reibungslos. Das Gesamtpaket ist stimmig. Wir können uns vorstellen, diese Wohnung bzw. in der Anlage wieder einmal zu buchen.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
