Outdoor area
The outdoor area of House Rosenhill offers a serene retreat on a 1,300 m² garden plot, located approximately 1 km outside the quaint village of Pauliström. Guests can experience the beauty of the småländsk Highlands and explore nearby attractions, with the closest lake just 1 km away and larger bathing spots, including Ramsen Lake with a sandy beach, about 2.5 km away. The property features communal outdoor amenities, including a fire pit, two grills, and garden furniture for four, perfect for enjoying warm evenings in nature. Adventures await within a short drive, with historic sites inspired by Astrid Lindgren's stories and the nearby Karlstorp community. While guests embark on their outdoor exploits, a quaint little supermarket, approximately 10 km away, offers essentials. The inviting outdoor space enhances the tranquil atmosphere, ideal for relaxation and leisure.
Rooms and equipment
The former village shop, now a spacious vacation home spanning approximately 160 m², has been continuously renovated to offer a charming and elegant atmosphere. The upper floor features cozy living spaces equipped with tiled stoves, with a large balcony enhancing the experience. There are three bedrooms: two with double beds (140x200 and 160x200) and a children's room with a bunk bed. The inviting living room connects to a generous dining area, complete with a beautiful tiled stove. A TV with satellite connection and German channels is available. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, along with a small dining table. A compact bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and washing machine, directly accessible from the large master bedroom. Guests can enjoy various amenities including books, toys, and a stereo system, with shared access to outdoor fire pits and grills.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
