Outdoor area
This vacation rental is situated on a splendid 1,300 m² property by a small archipelago bay of the Baltic Sea, just outside Oskarshamn. Guests can enjoy direct access to swimming and fishing opportunities right at their doorstep. The outdoor area features a charming waterfront veranda offering breathtaking views of the bay, complemented by garden furniture, sun loungers, and a sun umbrella. A grill is also available for outdoor cooking. For the more adventurous, a rowboat, a small rowable dinghy, and a canoe are included, perfect for exploring the surroundings. The property offers a communal outdoor area, ensuring a serene and scenic experience. Guests are reminded that the rental is designated for weekly bookings only, with check-ins every Sunday. Smoking is prohibited, and pets are not allowed. Additionally, end cleaning can be self-managed or arranged for a fee.

The approximately 60 m² holiday home is located just outside Oskarshamn, perched above a picturesque bay. The living room features a cozy sofa and a dining area, while two bedrooms include one with a double bed and another with two single beds, complete with a TV featuring Apple TV. Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
