Outdoor area
The outdoor area of Haus Björklycka is designed for relaxation and family enjoyment. Situated on a spacious 1,000 m² plot in a quiet cul-de-sac, it offers access to a covered veranda and a terrace featuring summer furniture and a grill, perfect for al fresco dining. A small sandbox provides fun for younger guests. The property is located about 150 meters from a children's playground nestled in the woods and approximately 2 km from a beautiful swimming spot at Orranäsasjön, where visitors can also rent rowboats for fishing, with a valid fishing license required. Additionally, a river for swimming is just 200 meters away. Despite the inviting outdoor amenities, it's important to note that the outdoor spaces are communally accessible. The area is peaceful, enhancing the overall holiday experience.

The property, a traditional red house with white accents, offers spacious living across 140 m², accommodating up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or two families traveling together. On the ground floor, there is a large living room featuring a seating area, flat-screen TV, fireplace, and dining table, along with a well-equipped kitchen that includes an electric stove, double refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and dining area. A bedroom with a double bed, a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, freezer, and an additional shower, as well as a large bathroom with a bathtub and WC, complete this level. The upper floor features an open living area with a balcony, a double sofa bed, and separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and two others with two single beds each. A second WC is also available. Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
