Located on the third floor of the KLABAUTERMANN building, the apartment features a combined living, dining, and kitchen area of about 31 square meters, a hallway with a workspace, one bedroom, and a bathroom. High ceilings, some reaching up to 4 meters, create a unique charm throughout the space.

For additional guests, a sofa bed is available in the living area. The apartment includes a small balcony (2 x 2 m) and a shared infrared sauna located nearby. A bike storage room is also provided.

Bed linen and towels can be booked for an extra fee, and pets are welcome for an additional charge. Utilities are included in the rental price, and a cash deposit is required upon check-in.
