What guests think about Deichglück Ahoi - Nordstrand
weisen auf ein unbequemes Sofa sowie fehlende Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnbereich hin. But I have character limits. Lets stick to the 597 char version. Its safe and covers the main points. Dieses modern eingerichtete Ferienhaus überzeugt durch eine lückenlose Ausstattung, die von Küchenhelfern wie Waffeleisen bis hin zu Waschmaschine und Trockner reicht. Gäste heben die ruhige Lage direkt am Deich sowie die fußläufige Nähe zu Restaurants und zum Meer hervor, wobei sie sich in der gepflegten Atmosphäre sehr wohlfühlen. Zudem bietet der Außenbereich mit Terrassen und Strandkorb Raum zur Erholung. Ein Gast weist auf ein unbequemes Sofa sowie punktuelle Staubrückstände hin. Ein Gast regt zudem eine bessere Verdunklung im Kinderzimmer sowie mehr freien Stauraum an, während ein Gast auf das nicht umzäunte Gelände hinweist.

VerifiedDas Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll ausgestattet. Leider waren wir vom Ort Nordstrand sehr enttäuscht. Auch der Strand ist nicht das, was man sich vorstellt.
Unter Sandstrand versteht man etwas anderes.
Trotzdem haben wir uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt.

Waschmaschine inkl Trockner war auch sehr gut, es hat zudem einen Wäscheständer inkl Zubehör sowie Bügeleisen gehabt. In den Zimmern hätte es genug Stauraum in den Schränken, wenn diese nicht mit Ersatz-Decken oder -Kissen gefühlt wären. Im Kinderzimmer auf der 1. Etage wäre noch ein Vorhang zum verdunkeln als Verbesserungsvorschlag für die Nacht gut. Sofa und Betten sonst sehr bequem. Da wir mit 2 Teenager gereist sind ist das WLAN va abends und am Monatsende an seine Grenzen gekommen. 1 Parkplatz ist ausgeschildert für die Unterkunft, ca 20m entfernt befindet sich jedoch bei Bedarf noch mehr Parkplätze. Insgesamt sind wir aber sehr zufrieden gewesen und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit dem Meer direkt vor der Haustüre.

Verified by partnerDas Ferienhaus hat eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Als Endhaus hat es nur auf einer Seite eine Nachbarwohnung. Bäckerei, Schwimmbad, Kurhaus, 3 Restaurants und natürlich die Nordsee sind direkt zu Fuß erreichbar (max. 5 Minuten). Von daher ist man auf kein Auto angewiesen. Das Haus ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, den man auch von zuhause gewöhnt ist. Internet über WLAN funktioniert im ganzen Haus. Mit 3 Schlafzimmern kann man mit 5 Personen gut wohnen. Der Spitzboden ist ein wunderschönes Kinderzimmer. Die Terrasse lädt, bei schönem Wetter, zum draußen Frühstücken ein. Alles in Allem können wir das Ferienhaus jedem wärmstens empfehlen.

VerifiedGesamteindruck der Unterkunft ist durchgängig positiv.
Ortstypisch ist das Gelände nicht umzäunt, was für Gäste mit Hund einen kleinen Nachteil darstellt.
Ausstattung würde ich als „überkomplett“ bewerten. Wir haben nichts wirklich vermisst.
Allerdings würden mir bei kompletter Belegung mit 5 Personen im Couchbereich ein bis zwei adäquate Sitzgelegenheiten, wie z.B. ein Sessel, fehlen.
Sauberkeit: Überwiegend sehr gut, ein paar leichte Staub-/Spinnenecken deuten auf etwas längeren Leerstand zuvor hin.
Lage:
Für diese Ort auf Nordstrand vermutlich optimal: direkt hinter dem Deich, fußläufig zum Brötchenshop, zu einem guten Restaurant, zum Fähranleger. Nordstrand selbst wird zukünftig nicht zu unserer ersten Urlaubswahl avancieren, aber das kann ich nicht dieser Unterkunft anlasten.
Preis: Auch schon vergleichsweise hochpreisig im Vergleich zu prominenteren Urlaubszielen.
Für Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und Erholung jedoch allerbestens geeignet.

VerifiedDas Haus ist ein Reihenendhaus mit direktem Blick auf den Deich. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von den Kaffeemaschinen (3!) über einen Raclette Grill bis zum Waffeleisen ist alles vorhanden. Auch gibt es 3 Fernsehen im Haus, falls man mal nicht raus will. Auf den Terrassen (zu zwei Seiten) kann man hervorragend sitzen oder im Strandkorb chillen.

VerifiedEine tolle Unterkunft in prima Lage direkt am Deich. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt, die Ausstattung gut erhalten und bietet somit alles, was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt benötigt. Zudem ist das Haus mit Reetdach auch von außen sehr schön. Einzig die Duschkopfhalterung könnte etwas höher montiert sein, aber das schmälert den sehr guten Gesamteindruck nicht.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
