Let your pets run free in the garden, the garden is completely enclosed. From the living area you enter the terrace with south exposure and a view of the countryside. Relax on the loungers (are in the shed) and watch the children play on the lawn. In front of the house is the free parking space and a bench for chatting with the neighbors.

Explore countless, beautiful cycling and hiking trails The property ends directly at a small lake. In principle, you could fish from the property. Or you can fish at the Vechtesee, which is located directly at the Seepark Nordhon. You can take a pedal boat from Lake Vechtesee directly to your property. Directly opposite the property is a small viewing hill, so you can always enjoy a view of the countryside and the quiet location by the lake.

At the house is a small lockable shed for your bicycles. Via reception/guest service: bicycle rental (also eBikes), bread rolls, refrigerator service, fireplace firewood, disposable grill, linen rental, brochures, excursion tips. If you book the optional bed linen package, you will be greeted by beds made on arrival. Contactless key handover unproblematic. The house is a non-smoking house.

Explore countless, beautiful cycling and hiking trails along many watercourses in the border region of Grafschaft Bentheim / Netherlands. You and your children will be thrilled by the offer of the nearby Nordhorn sports and leisure park, including an indoor pool and an outdoor wave pool. Cycle along channels to nearby Holland (only 5 km from the house) and enjoy the Dutch culture. Walk with your dog along many paths in the countryside. Visit the Nordhorn Zoo with many animals, with petting zoo, adventure playground. Rent a pedal boat at the nearby (200m from the house) Vechtesee and experience the atmosphere at the lake to explore the water town of Nordhorn from a duck's perspective.

For your darlings there is a food bowl, and some dog toys. The garden is completely enclosed.

The property ends at a small lake, and north of the Seepark Nordhorn (only 100 meters from the house) is the large Vechtesee with rental facilities for boats etc., restaurant directly at the Vechtesee.

The Delfinoh is in the immediate vicinity of the Seepark. Next to it is the Crocky in-house play paradise. On the edge of the Seepark is a skate park for sporty guests. Runners can train on many running paths along countless watercourses. Bring (or rent) your bikes and enjoy nature on many bike paths on both sides of the border. Book a fishing license (teh reception knows, where) and relax while fishing on many channels or the river "Vechte".
