Verified by partnerDie Lage der Wohnung ist gut zentral gelegen, ca. 200 M bis zum Deich und 500 M bis zu Einkaufszentrum, auch Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe, Die Wohnung war sauber und auch die Betten waren ok, Das Willkommenspaket ist ein wenig an der realität vorbei gegangen, Spülmachienentabs ohne Spülmaschiene sind nicht wirklich hilfreich und ein Kühlschrank wo das Gefrierfach zugeklebt ist mmmhhh, schade das die Eigentümmer die Schäden in der Wohnung nicht nicht beheben lassen. Aber ansonsten war es ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt und wir werden wieder kommen.

Verified by partnerGute Aufteilung des Apartments. Fehlender Besen, da Terrasse voller Laub. Verschlag unter der Treppe ließ sich nicht öffnen, obwohl Schlüssel steckte.
Sehr hellhörig, jedes Stühlerücken...Die Betten (Lattenroste) quietschen bei jeder Drehung. im Bad/WC kein wirksamer Dunstabzug (unangenehm).
Viele Fernsehsender , aber kein ARD. Keine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.

Verified by partnerIch habe eine sehr schöne Zeit in Norddeich verbracht. Die Wohnung würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: ich hätte es gut gefunden wenn eine Liste, der zu empfangenen Sendern im TV , eingesehen werden könnte. Das Suchen war mühsam. Eine funktionierende Lüftung im Bad ist auch hilfreich. Bei 1 Person in der Wohnung aber weiter nicht schlimm. Vielen Dank und eine schöne Zeit

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
