Verified by partnerDie Ferienwohnung ist gut geschnitten und das geräumige Wohnzimmer würde auch eventuelle Regentage erträglich machen.
Zudem wurde uns diese Wohnung sehr sauber übergeben, der Registrierungsprozess war einfach, er wurde ständig mit Informationen begleitet und schlussendlich waren auch die Mitarbeiter im persönlichem Kontakt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung zeichnet sich u.a. durch Strandnähe aus.
Der ÖPNV ist in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen.
Es spricht daher nichts dagegen, nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen.

Verified by partnerWir haben die Ferien in Ihrer Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war gross und Hell. Ein plus war der kleine Balkon den wir fast jeden Tag benutzt haben. Die Lage ist super zentral und trotzdem ruhig.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
