Object 46 is a small and charming apartment on the first floor, designed for two guests. With a living space of about 30 square meters, it features a bedroom with a double bed (two separate mattresses, 0.80 x 2.00m, suitable for seniors) and a cozy sitting area complete with SAT TV/flat screen. The newly renovated bathroom (2022) offers a modern shower and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a dining area and all essential amenities, including a dishwasher and ceramic cooktop. The apartment has laminate flooring throughout, and there are exterior shutters on all windows. Guests can enjoy a southwest-facing balcony furnished with outdoor seating. In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
