Wir haben das Familienangebot 7=5 gebucht und waren wirklich zufrieden. Die Wohnung war so, wie im Internet beschrieben. Auch wenn die Wohnung schräge Wände hat, ist ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, auch schon wegen der 2 geräumigen Schlafzimmer. Der Hundestrand ist auch gut zufuss zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub. Danke an das Vermietungbüro.

Der erste Eindruck des Hauses aussen und auch der Hausflur, læsst zu wünschen ubrig. Es ist alles 70- er Jahre Style.Im Hausflur roch es unangenehm. In der Fewo war der erste Eindruck ok.Schlafzimmer gross und hell.Küche auch unmodern und durch die Dachschrægen klein. Bad modern gefliesst, ok. Aber auch sehr beengt durch die Dachschrægen. Stube sehr schøn, hell, modern. Kinderzimmer auch ok. Allerdings täuschen meiner Meinung nach die Bilder. Es ist alles ziemlich abgewohnt und unmodernisiert.Die Türen/Fenster sind sehr alt und schliessen nichr richtig. Das grösste Problem war für uns jedoch, dass wir die FEWO nach 2 Tage verlassen mussten. Unser Sohn(6) hat ein ganz schlimmen Asthmaanfall bekommen, der in der UNIKLINIK Lübeck endete. Da Asthma trat sofort und wiederholt beim Betreten der Wohnung auf. Entweder hatte ein Vormieter vorher verbotenerweise ein Tier oder es lag am Hausstaub -Matrazen. Wir bekamen kein Geld zurück erstattet. Sonst noch nie Probleme gehabt in anderen Objekten

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:

  • Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
  • Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
  • A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
  • You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
  • Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
  • Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
    • In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.

    If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
