In 2015 new refurbished and with love arranged apartment. Only 30 meters to the beach.
The apartment is near the beach promenade, only a street seperates you from shops, restaurants and a supermarket.
You can go for a walk at the beach and if you like, along the hole Lübecker Bay. Hiking, cycling, surfing is possible aswell. The next Surfing-School is only 50 meters far away.
The distance to the fishing harbor is about 800 meters.
Fresh catched fish, home-brewed bear and music-events like NDR 2 on tour or Jazz Baltic will make your stay to an unforgetable holiday .
The indoor-swimmingpool filled with Baltic-sea-saltwater is only 300 meters away.
Constant animation-programm at the beach of Niendorf or Timmendorfer Strand in the main season.
You can reach every place at the Lübecker Bay by bicycle, car or on foot.

Bright and modern furnished apartment. The apartment
welcomes you with a living room and an integrated well equipped inbuild kitchen. It includes an dishwasher, ceramic hob, mini-oven, fridge and a lot of space to prepare your food. Dining-table and 3 chairs.
HD-TV (with a lot of foreign channels). A little Radio with CD and USB, Internet and a dvd-player with a large dvd collection for children and adults. A bedroom with a large bed, big wardrobe and a single guest bed for a child. A new travel bed for babys and toddlers is available aswell.
A corridor and a bathroom with a shower, a toilette and a hairdryer.
Washingmaschine and clothes dryer are in the basement with a pay station.
Beside the apartment is a big terrace - 30m².
We provide you new garden-furniture and a big sunlounger for 2 persons.
The terrace is surrounded by a nature modesty panel.
At the back of the house is a locked parking area with your own parking space.
Your well-behaved dog (only 1) is welcome.
The apartment ist barrier-free. Only to the terrace is a small step (about 10 cm).
You can use the new travel bed for a toddler and the high chair for free.
We offer you 2 bicycles for free use aswell.
At present we have a scooter, a child bicycle seat and a bike for toddlers. But they are no component of the apartment.
The apartment is perfect for two adults or two adults with a child or a toddler. But only 3 Persons.
You have to bring with: Bed linen, towels and tea towels.
Our advice:
Take the linen package. You'll arrive at the apartment and everything is done. You only have to unpack your suitcases and your vacation can begin.
The linen package includes:
Bed linen, 2 towels, 1 shower towel and 2 tea towel.
If you book the apartment less than 3 days before move in, please contact "travanto" first. Maybe it isn't possible to book the linen package.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 15:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.

This derogation applies in the case of bookings of tourist services (eg accommodations) that are fixed in time, the right of withdrawal in the case of long-distance transactions and also in the case of contracts concluded outside business premises (former doorstep selling) is suspended; § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
