Der Holztisch auf der Terrasse sollte dringend ersetzt werden, da er durch Wind und Wetter sehr in Mitleidenschaft gezogen wurde. Die Holzoberfläche ist teilweise abgesplittert. Verletzungsgefahr. Trotzdem kann ich das Haus weiterempfehlen, da die Lage und die Aussicht einfach genial ist.

Toll gelegen zwischen Burg und Südstrand - 15 Gehminuten zur Stadt oder 15 Gehminuten zum Südstrand. Hr. Duhnke (Vermieter) war freundlich und immer stets hilfsbereit. Kann dieses Ferienhaus ohne bedenken weiterempfehlen !!

VerifiedDas Ferienhaus hat sowohl uns als auch Oma und Opa sehr gut gefallen.
Die Lage ist einfach toll weil man schnell am Strand, Hafen oder auch in der Stadt ist.
Die Kids haben gerne den Garten genutzt und zum Abend war die Sauna eine wunderschöne Erholung.
Das einzigste was mir mit Kindern ein bisschen Sorge bereitet hat, war die Innentreppe. Sie ist sehr steil und hat leider kein Treppengitter.
Ansonsten rund um zufrieden und weiter zu empfehlen.

VerifiedWiedereinmal waren wir sehr begeistert vom Haus MaLeo, in welchem wir schon mehrmals unseren Urlaub verbracht haben. Wie immer auch alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Highligt natürlich die Faßsauna, welche von uns des öfteren genutzt wurde. Grill, Gartenmöbel vorhanden und wurde auch entsprechend genutzt. Parkmöglichkeit vorm Haus, ein großer Pluspunkt. Die nächsten drei Urlaube werden natürlich wieder im Haus MaLeo verbringen und freuen uns jetzt schon.

VerifiedWir hatten wie immer auf der Sonneninsel super Wetter. Wir fahren seit gut 30 Jahren nach Fehmarn und waren dieses Jahr das erste mal bei Maleo, kurz um es war sicher nicht das letzte mal! Wir haben die Größe und Ausstattung des Hauses sehr genossen. Viel Platz im Erdgeschoss für die Kinder zum spielen und mehr als ausreichen Platz mit 6 Schlafplätzen im Obergeschoss. Der Aussenbereich und die Sauna sind für uns das Highlight des Hauses gewesen.

VerifiedWirklich ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer super Ausstattung. Der Blick von der Terrasse zur Binnensee ist auch traumhaft. Der einzige Haken ist, dass kein treppengitter und kein Hochstuhl vorhanden ist, aber da wir einen hochstuhl dabei hatten, war das nicht weiter schlimm. Vor die Treppe haben wir das vorhandene Reisebett gestellt, somit war diese dann auch nicht zugänglich aber trotzdem auch nicht allzu sicher. Vll wäre es für die Eigentümer ja eine Überlegung wert, ein klemmgitter für die Treppe zur Verfügung zu stellen. Dann ist das Haus für Familien mit kleinen Kindern noch mehr geeignet.
Allem in allen haben wir uns in dem
Haus pudelwohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder dieses Haus für einen Urlaub auf Fehmarn wählen.

VerifiedWir sind gerade in dem Haus. Es ist modern eingerichtet und sehr groß. Aber gerade in der Küche kann man die vielen Dinge gar nicht nutzen, weil es total dreckig ist. Die Arbeitsfläche und die Schränke haben total geklebt. Also Sauberkeit war leider nicht wirklich vorhanden.

VerifiedWir waren mit zwei Familien in dem Ferienhaus und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die untere Etage mit der Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig, so dass wenn das Wetter nicht gut ist, die Kinder genügend Platz haben im Haus zu spielen.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Vorratsraum befindet sich sogar ein Gefrierschrank und eine Waschmaschine.
Da das Haus noch sehr neu ist, sind die Bäder toll. Auch bei der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.
Auf der großzügigen Terrasse, mit Grill kann man die Abende gemütlich draussen verbringen. Die Sauna wurde von uns nicht genutzt, aber sie rundet die Ausstattung ab.
Obwohl das Haus direkt an einer Strasse liegt, bekommt man in den Schlafzimmern und auf der Terrasse nichts vom Verkehr mit.
Das Ferienhaus MaLeo können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Die neue Sauna passt gut dazu.
Eine 2. Liege für die Terrasse wäre sehr wünschenswert, da es mit 4 Personen und einer Liege zu Diskussionen kommt. Im Badezimmer wäre ein Hocker ganz hilfreich.

VerifiedWir übernachteten schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem wunderschön modern eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Es liegt mittig zwischen der Innenstadt von Burg auf Fehmarn und dem schönen weitläufigen Südstrand. Beides ist daher sehr gut zu Fuß aber auch durch einen gut ausgebauten Radweg mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Das Beachvolleyballfeld direkt am Strand war unser Anlaufpunkt. Es hat uns wieder einmal sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

VerifiedEin tolles super modernes Haus mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die See und großzügigen Zimmern. Ausstattung ist perfekt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist toll, wenn man nicht unbedingt mitten im Geschehen sein möchte. Man kommt mit dem Fahrrad uberall sehr gut und schnell hin. Das Haus ist zum Entspannen und Abschalten vom Alltag ideal. Wir kommen wieder!!!!!!!

wir waren super zufrieden. Super modernes und vollausgestattetes Ferienhaus inkl. Garten, Grill, LCD TV, Küchenutensilien, Sitzecken und alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Unsere Kinder 4 und 6 waren ebenfalls begeistert. Die Lage zwischen Burg und Südstrand ist auch super klasse. Wir kommen wieder!

VerifiedAbsolut nicht kleinkindgerecht.(zb.treppe nicht gesichert, Aufpreis für hochstuhl und kinderbett (das wäre unserer Meinung bei kleinkindgerecht eigentlich im Preis enthalten), ob die Steckdosen gesichert sind wissen wir nicht, da es von der schalterfirma integrierte Kindersicherungen gibt (es sind jedenfalls keine Sicherungen sichtbar).
Ansonsten ein schönes Ferienhaus.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
