Verified by partnerWir waren schon zweimal in der Wohnung und haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der Ankunft war alles sehr ordentlich und tip top sauber.
Die Ausstattung ist wirklich super, es fehlt an nichts. Für uns 4 (Mama, Papa und zwei Jungs, 5 Jahre , 11 Monate) bietet die Wohnung reichlich Platz.
Die Lage ist auch super. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 20 Minuten in Burg oder am Hafen in Burgstaaken oder am Südstrand. Außerdem ist es schön ruhig in der Wohnung, da das Haus in einer Sackgasse liegt.
Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und kommen sicherlich wieder ;-)

VerifiedSehr schöne Wohnung. Eigener Eingang und ein kleiner Garten mit Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist, durch die großen Fenster schön hell. Die Möbel sind sehr angenehm und nicht vergriffen. Alles wirkt neu und gepflegt. Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden und funktionieren sehr gut. Was bei uns als Familie sehr wichtig war. Alles in allem, war es ein sehr schön.

VerifiedTolle Ferienwohnung. Zwei Schlafzimmer und ein kombinierter Wohnraum mit Küche. Großes geräumiges Bad mit Dusche. Komplette Küchenausstattung mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und sonstige Elektrokleingeräte. Super sauber und neuwertiger Zustand. Schnelles WLAN. Schöne Sauna direkt hinter dem Haus. Großer Abstellraum für Fahrräder etc. hinter dem Haus.
Ferienwohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden sie wieder gerne nehmen.

VerifiedDie Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet.
Alles Wesentliche ist vorhanden, sogar in den Schlafräumen gibt es Fernseher.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.
Auch mit der Buchung und der Kommunikation mit den Eheleuten duhnke hat alles prima geklappt. Vielen Dank dafür.

VerifiedWir haben nur ein ganz klein wenig zu bemängeln erstens der Kanaldeckel vor der Terrasse war lose jedes Mal wenn ein Auto drüber fuhr erschreckt man sich weil es sehr laut war zweitens den ganzen Tag lief die Lüftung im Badezimmer aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau alles andere war sehr sehr gut

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
