Your holiday home for up to 6 people is located in the midst of Morsumer meadows, just a few hundred meters from the dike and the Wadden Sea and two kilometers from the center, where you will find a supermarket, the train and the bus station. The Morsum swimming area on the Wadden Sea - ideal for children - is only about 2 kilometers away.
The house is located in a very quiet location on a small, low-traffic road. Immediately on the doorstep, you can go for walks and bike rides, even for dogs are here ideal run conditions.
Enjoy pure nature: in the surroundings of the house you will find numerous species of birds, rabbits and deer in the meadows and fields. In the immediate vicinity of "Lütt Lori" is the farm of the last Sylt dairy farmers. Here you have the opportunity to get fresh milk every day. And the kids definitely have a lot to discover. As far as the eye can see you can enjoy the complete peace, space and nature.

Inside you will be welcomed by the very own stylish character of the Holiday residence, which extends over two levels. Furniture and decoration provide a very individual charm. In 2018 this was completely renovated with much love and creative spirit. For us was very important to use only natural and island-owned materials.
The large spacious and high-quality equipped kitchen invites you to cook, cozy food, get-together and linger. By the way: with us are the
Knives sharp! From the cozy living room leads onto the terrace. At "Shitwetter" /trans: Rainy Weather/, our Netflix-media center in living and two bedrooms offers you a wide selection of your favorite movies and series. You can easily connect your mobile devices to our two BOSE-speakers. In the living room it is possible to make a comfortable bed from the comfortable sofa. This provides additional space for another 2 people. And on hot summer days you can look forward to a refreshing rain shower in the bottom shower room.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with queen beds and TV´s with Netflix. Also here we created a very special oasis of well-being with loving details and exclusively natural materials. After waking up, you will enjoy the unique, unobstructed view to the dike, and before going to bed, you will be excited from the most beautiful starry sky on the Island. Here is also the second bathroom, which invites to a relaxing bath. And finally for your totally relaxing Time we offer you a Sauna, which you can use everytime.

The holiday home "Lütt Lori" is part of a historic House, covered with thatched Sylts Friesengehöfts built in 1787. The holiday home with separate entrance was in 2018 completely renovated and modernized. Enjoy the sunshine and the healthy climate of Sylt: You have access to a private garden area which, thanks to the fencing, is also ideal for guests with children or dogs. The all around ingrown, wind-protected garden lies in sunny Southern exposure. You can use the garden furniture as well as the barbecue.

Special features

Westerland, the capital of the island, is 10 km away and can be covered by bicycle via the dike. And only a stone's throw away is the most beautiful golf course on the island. In general, our place is ideal to the recreational athletes such as joggers and cyclists, as well as walkers and the four-legged friends and nature lovers. From the house your Experiences can be directly started. In order to make your stay even more relaxed, an outdoor sauna will be completed in winter 2018.

How can I book an accommodation?
We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.

Under which conditions can I book an accommodation?
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.

Is the accommodation vacant and bookable in my requested travel period?
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

How can I pay my booking and what are the dates of payment?
Properties with Enquiry Booking: Please settle the modalities as well as the conditions for the payment directly with the landlord.

Is it possible to cancel my booking?
Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

This derogation applies in the case of bookings of tourist services (eg accommodations) that are fixed in time, the right of withdrawal in the case of long-distance transactions and also in the case of contracts concluded outside business premises (former doorstep selling) is suspended; § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB.

How do I calculate the total rental price?
Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Alternatively, you can use the availability calendar right below the rental prices by clicking on the dates. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. Surcharges for additional guests, discounts and optional additional services are also included, if stated. All prices include VAT. Whether the tourist tax is included or not is displayed below the total rental price.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?
If a security deposit is required, please see the "Additional Price Information" in the "Rental Prices" section on this page.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
Once you have made a binding booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. If you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox, please check also your spam folder. You will also receive the contact details of the landlord and the property address via e-mail as soon as we determine the payment receipt on our bank account.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).

Is it possible to exceed the maximum number of guests?
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.

Are there discounts for children?
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Where is my accommodation located?
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Are pets allowed?
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

When are the check-in and check-out times for my accommodation?
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.

How does the handover and the return of the keys take place?
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.

Why is a price calculation impossible, even though the accommodation is vacant?
There may be various reasons for this:

  • Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
  • Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
  • A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
  • You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
  • Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
  • Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
  • 17
    My requested travel period is below the minimum stay. How can I continue?
    In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.

    If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
