It is located on the upper floor of a two-family house. The friendly and discreet landlord lives on the ground floor, but is often away for a few days at a time.

A large gate leads to the paved driveway to your vacation home. There are two houses on the property. The apartment is located in the upper house. The driveway leads up to the house and around it. Here you can use the landlord's garden.

The entrance to the vacation apartment is on the side of the house, via an outdoor staircase on the mountain side.

The apartment is surrounded on the lake side by a balcony with railings and entices you in the morning with a magnificent panoramic view of the mountains and lake.
On the wide side of the balcony, there is a round wooden table with chairs, inviting you to enjoy a relaxing coffee in the morning sun
and a lovely lunch or dinner under the open sky.
In front of you lies the beautiful peninsula with the world-famous town of Bellagio.

From the deck chairs provided, you can enjoy a great view of the lake with its ships and boats.
Behind the house is a small public playground and a bocce court. There is also a restaurant nearby.
