VerifiedAls wir ankamen wurden wir von der Eigentümerin sehr nett empfangen. Sie erklärte uns kurz alles was wir zur Wohnung und Umgebung wissen mussten. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist sehr hell eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist optimal. Sowohl Geschirr als auch alle anderen Utensilien waren sehr sauber, sogar die Messer waren scharf. (leider unserer Erfahrung nach nicht selbstverständlich)
Alles in allem haben wir hier ein paar wunderbare Tage verbracht. Von Marschacht selbst haben wir nicht viel gesehen, da wir jeden Tag in Hamburg waren. Aber wir kommen sicherlich einmal wieder!

VerifiedEine kleine schöne Dachgeschoss Wohnung mit Platz für 4-5 Personen, freundliche Vermieter, gepflegt, ruhig gelegen, zu empfehlen.... bis nach Hamburg City ca. 30 min mit dem Auto zum Timmendorferstrand ca. 60 min ... die Elbe fußläufig in ca 10 nin zu erreichen ... alles in allem würden wir zu jeder Zeit wieder dort Mieten.

VerifiedDas Objekt kann ich nur weiter empfehlen,sehr ruhige lage,freundlicher Empfang.Es ist alles da was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet.Die sehr große Dusche war spitze,ebenso die Fußbodenheizung.Eine sehr schöne Abwechslung zur Stadt.

VerifiedEs war ein toller Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nette Leute, helfen einen bei jeder Frage und sind stets zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist in einem Top- Zustand, alles sauber und gepflegt. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.
Umfeld mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Anbindung an die Großstädte ist ebenfalls in Ordnung.
Wir kommen gern wieder.

VerifiedWir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung und bei der Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns dadurch sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber gewesen, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ebenso könnten wir alle vorgenommen Ausflüge von der Ferienwohnung aus gut erreichen, da die Anbindung an Hamburg sehr gut und unkompliziert gewesen ist.

VerifiedDie Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, hell und auf jeden Fall sauber. Sie ist funktional eingerichtet und bietet alles für eine Woche gepflegten Urlaub.
Die Vermieter sind total nett und aufgeschlossen und jederzeit für ein Schwätzchen zu haben.
Wir haben die Ferienwohnung genutzt um jeden Tag nach Hamburg rein zu fahren (Park&Ride in Hamburg Bergedorf). Die Anbindung dazu ist super.
Wir möchten und nochmals für die tolle Woche in der Ferienwohnung bedanken.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
