House Rules for Hidden Treasure Mainz
1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged on request. Guests remaining past check-out or delaying our cleaning staff are liable for any resulting costs.
2. Local Reservations
Guests may not book accommodations in their own place of residence. Please contact us if you wish to book within your hometown.
3. No Smoking, Parties or Excessive Noise
Smoking, parties and loud noise are prohibited. Violations of the no-smoking policy incur a €500 fine plus any cleaning, ozone treatment, deodorization and repair costs.
4. Commercial Use & Illegal Activities
Commercial photography or videography without written permission, and any illegal activity, are strictly forbidden.
5. Maximum Occupancy
Only the number of guests specified in the reservation may stay overnight.
6. Pets
No pets allowed. Violations of our pet policy may incur a fine. Service animals require prior notification.
7. Lost Keys
Guests are responsible for replacement costs of lost keys, key cards, fobs or parking passes.
8. Noise Monitoring
Noise-monitoring devices may be used in the property to detect excessive sound levels.
9. Liability & Damage Reporting
Guests accept full responsibility for any damage, injury or loss on the premises. All damages must be reported to the host immediately.

By booking, guests agree to these house rules. Breaches may result in compensation claims and additional fees or charges.
